One of the best applications for job search:

1. It has a very user-friendly interface, where we can easily filter out job titles, locations, company sizes, and industries as per our choice.
2. It also has an activity option as well where we can check the recruiter's action on our application
3. Best part is we do not need to spend much time filling details for job applications as it applies to one click.

Sometimes there are a few keywords in the JD which is not in our profile, in that case, it would simply say no matching jobs.

Instahyre is an awesome tool wherein you put in a well thought out JD it would populate the best candidates for that particular job! When you have CSMs like Konark, your job is a breeze. The CSM are really invested in your success and they would hold as many training sessions needed to ensure that you maximise your investment in the tool .

**What do you dislike about Instahyre?**

Nothing perse but if your jd is not reflecting what you actually need then it would be a challenge to get the right set of candidates! But worry not, the CSMs are there to help you out at every opportunity

**What problems is Instahyre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important problem which Instahyre solves vs pathetic job boards like Naukri is that  90% of the candidates populated are the interested ones ! All you need to check is if they fit your budget and the kind of projects you want them to work on

UI is not jazzy but user freindly, they could make it more appeling.

Insta makes recruitment fun by solving talent sourcing critical problem for recruiters.
Other jobboards have massive irrelevant responsing spaming mail box but insta's AI helps seek relevant talent applications in less time.

The platform provides all the standard sourcing features, such as job ad posting applicant data collection, but it also has tools for sourcing passive candidates. It aggregates data from all over the Internet and allows you to search for candidates in-app.

There should be more drop down under Interview section against each candidates;for eg-R1 Round,R2 Rounds.
So that there will be more clarity against each candidate.

**What do you like best about Instahyre?**

Instahyre is one of the best hiring platforms, especially for Tech roles for product-based companies. As a tech recruiter, I have used this portal for the last couple of years. 
It helps us to find quality candidates who match most of our criteria. It helps to see the active pool and the passive candidates available in the market. The tool is straightforward; anyone can learn it in just a day.  On the other side, for candidates, the platform shows them the most suited companies whose requirements match the candidates' profiles.

**What do you dislike about Instahyre?**

For Candidates, To create their profiles in Instahyre takes a long time. Candidates can apply with only those companies which are showing in their profile. They won't have options to search companies manually, which makes their options very limited. For Recruiters, Instahyre doesn't work that well for Non-tech roles compared to Tech and product hire.

Instahyre is one of the job portals (Candidates) and Hiring tools (Recruiters) that helps companies find the right talent. It allows candidates to find the best-suited roles in less time. As a tech recruiter, I am using this platform for my hiring.

Nothing I found to dislike in th site but there are some improvement required in local serach and also there should be more accuracy in local employees also there should be a connection to chat with other employers.

* Also, the time for responding is really quick because i got the call within 2 days from applying

*Sometimes the accurate contact and details of the hiring agency is properly mentioned which makes it doubtful for new users
* Setting up my profile is a bit lengthy process but it's worth it.

The thing I dislike about this platform is that right now few companies uses this platform so getting a job notification in Instahyre is a bit hard. But I'm sure they will work this thing out in coming years.

Getting a job has become hard in recent years. The competition has also risen. Normally we apply for many jobs even those jobs where we know that chances of getting hired is very less which waste a lot of time. - In Instahyre there are very less or no chances of fraud jobs.
- Instahyre does not share the profile with the recruiter which helps us in less spam and junk mails from the companies.

There is nothing to dislike with Instahyre just they have to enhance their layout design or have to change their UI because it's not attractive enough also I receive fewer job notifications from Instahyre compared to other platforms.

the best part about this is ability to block HR from specific companies, and UI is pretty clean and everything is straightforward.

UI part is good, but UX feels not satisfying, there are some areas which need improvement like adding salary, adding designation in profile section.
