As a tech recruiter, I have used this portal for the last couple of years. It helps us to find quality candidates who match most of our criteria. It helps to see the active pool and the passive candidates available in the market. The tool is straightforward; anyone can learn it in just a day. On the other side, for candidates, the platform shows them the most suited companies whose requirements match the candidates' profiles. **What do you dislike about Instahyre?** For Candidates, To create their profiles in Instahyre takes a long time. Candidates can apply with only those companies which are showing in their profile. They won't have options to search companies manually, which makes their options very limited.
