**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

I truly love the support Teamsense provided our organization with implementing information and questions I had after the initial start-up. Their support team is very responsive in getting back to you, and they move quickly to resolve any issues or requests you have. The product itself is also beneficial for our team. I especially like that a number of our supervisors can receive notifications for their team and other teams.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

We have not had any real issues with the system so far. I am looking forward to the reports they are pushing out too! I am confident if there was something we needed fixed or wanted they would find a way to help us.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented the system in October with our current ID numbers. However, we recently switched our HRIS software, and everyone got all new ID numbers. I wasn't looking forward to entering those in, but I reached out to their support, and they gave me the format to put it in and quickly turned it around.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

I like the fact that team sense allows you to filter your messages to a select group of individuals for specific and targeted messaging. This is very helpful and functional.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

Unfortunately, there are several features I feel are missing to make this a great platform. For example, when sending mass messages to a large group of individuals it is quite tedious to have to type in 100+ names to reach those associates. Then when trying to resend a communication to that same group, outside of creating a group/list there is no way to resend to that group without retyping it all over again.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamsense helps us be able to reach all of our associates (1000+) when there is a message we are streamlining to everyone and allows them to receive it right to their phones. This makes mass messaging easily accessible from no matter where

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

Without question, their team (especially Alison T.) is amazing.  The ease of use is undeniable.  When 1100 employees almost all getting it right?  That's saying something.  We shopped around a lot, and TeamSense had everything we were looking for.  I especially am impressed by how responsive their troubleshooting team is.  24/7, if we send a query to "Support@TeamSense.com", they respond almost instantly and have 
 been able to fix the issue almost immediately!  10 STARS!

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

Nothing to dislike. It's an awesome program.  Some small glitches at the beginning, but as soon as we brought them up, the TeamSense team was able to address and fix everything.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSense:**

You, of course, should do your own research (as every company is different)... But after we did ours, I'm SO THANKFUL we chose TeamSense.  It was 100% the right choice.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our staff was becoming so discouraged trying to respond to the overwhelming number of Call-Ins during Covid. This has dramatically cut our staff time fielding these calls... Freeing up our MainGate personnel (who were taking all of the Calls)  to focus on their primary job.  Plus, employees were exhausted and frustrated having to call in every single day to talk to a person who was harried and rushed.  Now it's a quick text, and voila', they're done!  
Even now, with Covid numbers winding down, I can't begin to explain what a relief this system is.   We love TeamSense.  We can breathe again.

There really isn't anything I dislike.  It's a good system

It helps provide the correct information and show the associates you called out this date and time for this reason.

Good for tracking and data resource. Easy to search for records of absences by employee.

The software only allows employees to put in for an absence 2 days ahead.

Maybe giving employees the option to put in for an absence more than two days out.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

Teamsense allows me to have a central hub to track my team's attendance quickly and efficiently, improving my previous process which involved getting texts from everyone on my team. With this, I dont have to ensure everyone has access to my cell phone and it removes the need to have to keep track of my employees individually. With Teamsense, I can open the app, see if anyone reported any issues, and drill down to see what plan needs to be implemented for the day. The History tool is also an improvement as it allows me to see patterns or behavioral-based attendance issues faster and more efficiently than manually tracking on a spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

The text notification I receive when someone is reporting an issue could be more detailed. The text tells you when someone is out but not why which forces you to have to open the app to review the details. If the text notification included the reason someone input when reporting out, it would be a huge help, especially when tracking via mobile.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is improving the attendance reporting process for my team as well as creates another medium for the company to share upcoming and important information to everyone efficiently.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

Its a generally easy to use tool. Its quick to train on, as well as having a team behind it that works well. its quick, responsive, and simple.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

The one change i would request is greater access to reporting functionality. I.E i would like greater access to teamsense data without having to request it from the support teams

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping to bridge communication gaps, and helping us to ensure that we are able to at any time get news/information out to our teams at large

the ability to see the texts that your other admins are sending out. Also, the ease of use for employees to sign up for the service.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

I do not like the fact that there is a character limit on text messages. Another thing I dislike is the restrictions it has on shortening links. Because there is a character limit of 160, it is impossible to send a link and a message in the same text.

it is giving our company the ability to funnel any concerns and have them saved in one place for analysis, evaluation, and eventually using it to address any patterns that can be used to advance the DC

Some people don't know how to use it and it causes issues

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

Teamsense is extremely helpful in assisting us with keeping track of absences, as well as the type of absences so we can further investigate our attendance policies.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

The only dislike would be the lack of communication between teamsense and our other programs- it makes it much more time-consuming to input absences to our main program.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSense:**

If you need something simple, efficient, and universal, teamsense is a great choice!

We are not only solving the attendance-tracking issue, but also helping to connect the dots between what is needed for our attendance policy review and execution.

We finally have a tracker for everyone's attendance and it color-coded, which is fantastic.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

It is easy to use and gives a good general oversite of what the day looks like. I also like how updating profiles is easy and I think very self explanatory for new administrators.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

I would like to see an easier way for associates to enroll. I do feel a lot of their profiles have wrong or missing information that they don't know about and they then don't get the messages we are pushing out. I think it would also be easier if we were able to text more than 160 characters in a text.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get a good insight as to how often someone calls out. I think when we get a point system this will be a good and easy tool to know if the associates are calling out.

I love the easy access and how swiftly it moves.

When clicking on the "Attendance Summary" buttons, it doesn't show everyone in a specific time frame that you have selected. It auto-defaults and that's not always needed.

Try it, you won't be let down.

Being able to export the attendance report was resolved and being able to benefit from the facts shown within the report.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

The team is very responsive and supportive.  When I have a question or need changes made to an existing survey they respond quickly and complete the work in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

The tool continues to evolve.  That's not a bad thing but it does require you to stay up on the changes.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TeamSense to screen employees each day for COVID exposure.  Additionally, we use it to deliver exit surveys, new hire surveys, to track supervisor engagement with new hires, and deliver ad hoc surveys.

Simple and easy to use for everyone,  not just tech-savy people.

That administrator or manager couldn't schedule in the app (or admin web portal) the time the employee roster was sent to manager.

Don't be afraid to share suggestions with them, they are great at developing their product to meet customer needs.

Nothing is helpful about this it is a pain to deal with everyday employees get so frustrated

It is not user friendly to associates at all. We often times have to explain over and over they can't call or just say what they want

None. It causes more confusion than got with employees that only understand a certain language. It doesn't work half the time

The dashboard is very user-friendly and has all of the info I need in one spot. The messaging system works great.

I like the ability to send messages and information to associates in a timely fashion.

I dislike the character limit of 160, as this limits the details we can include in communications.

I like the attendance tracking and notes feature the best. I also like that I can re-activate a rehire now.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

That I have to take someone out of the red alert once the employee returns to work. Also, I am not able to mark that someone is working remotely.

No problems at the moment. Just knowing that someone is sick before reporting to work.

No option for people to upload documentation if they are calling out for something specific.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

Very responsive on everything from setting up and roll out to daily questions and open to suggestions to make the product more user-friendly.  They made setup so easy.  What felt like a difficult setup in the middle of COVID was seamless and made the process of tracking COVID much easier.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

I did not have any dislikes.  Everything was and is great about the product and the Teamsense team.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSense:**

The best team of professionals.  Make the process seamless and support during the entire process as well after set up and implemntation.

The product helped Hunter Douglas track employees and their covid related symptoms to keep sick employees from coming to the office.

Daily medical info/alerts, who in the plant/working remotely/time off at a glance.  Get this info in a more timely manner therefore act quicker.  Notes function per employee good tool as well.

**What do you like best about TeamSense?**

The TeamSense team provides excellent support throughout the process, from setup to implementation and beyond.  The user interface is customizable and extremely intuitive.  The ability to communicate in multiple languages has also been a huge benefit.

**What do you dislike about TeamSense?**

We have not had any issues with the product or the support.

**What problems is TeamSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sites across North America are reporting an increased level of awareness among their employees regarding the importance of reporting symptoms of Covid-19.  The system has simplified the process of monitoring individual employees, and we love the convenience of the daily text message.
