## About TimeSite Pro
TimeSite Pro is a fully configurable, cloud-based, time tracking, expense &amp; invoicing solution designed to be simple to set up and use but comprehensive in functionality. Specify Cost and Bill rates to apply to the hours your staff record for clients, projects and activities allowing you to track the profitability of the work you perform. Time and expense data approved by management can be invoiced to your client. Timesite Pro interfaces with a variety of payroll and accounting packages. TimeSite’s mobile app for iPhone and Android smartphones enable your team to quickly record their timesheet activity wherever they are. Locations are recorded when a job or activity is logged in the app. Timesheet details are automatically uploaded to our cloud servers. At the end of the week, staff can submit their timesheets from their mobile app for management approval. TimeSite Pro will enable your clients to authorise the work performed by project prior to the final approval of a submitted timesheet by managers. Managers can review timesheet details, return timesheets for correction and resubmission, or change timesheet details themselves. By accurately tracking billable and non-billable time, TimeSite Pro enables you to easily see whether you are deploying your resources effectively. You can set budget thresholds and receive alerts when you exceed your estimate for a project. This enables your management to keep a close eye on the progress of your project and quickly take action when needed. You can flexibly allocate both Cost and Bill rates to the hours your staff record for your clients, projects and activities allowing you to track the profitability of the work you perform. TimeSite Pro provides you with integrated invoicing functionality based on timesheets submitted and approved by your management. These invoices can then be exported to your accounting package. TimeSite can easily handle complex billing scenarios. Easily get your data into and out of TimeSite. TimeSite Pro interfaces with MYOB, Xero, Quicken and others. Timesheets and other information can be easily exported in a variety of file formats. TimeSite has a host of configuration options that enable our users to set up their system in many different ways. From changing the way timesheets are displayed to set up clients, projects and task hierarchies, TimeSite can accommodate a wide variety of requirements. **What do you like best about TimeSite Pro?**

It is the best MYOB addon software with accounting and payroll facility which makes my business more easy and saved my time at the same time. It gives me the time to focus on other aspects of the business. Guidence provided to assist for the setup is also excellent and help me to set it up in no time.

**What do you dislike about TimeSite Pro?**

It requires few too many clicks required for time entry and defaults to describe entry first rather than duration. It also doesn't have progect tracking tool which could also be very helpful.

**What problems is TimeSite Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of payroll management and managing my accounting aspects of business yo managed expenses and maintaining the business financially healthy.

**What do you like best about TimeSite Pro?**

This tool has been a lifesaver for us. with its enormous functionalities to manage time expenses, reimbursements. now, instead of gibberish excel sheet and manual file management, you have a nice platform that will do everything on its own.with this tool,we have central platform to manage all staffs from central system

**What do you dislike about TimeSite Pro?**

Some 3rd party integration is not yet possible with this tool now but maybe in the future,it will be there. apart from that, the tool has no performance issue, no lagging, everything seems fine.

**What problems is TimeSite Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we used to manually record staff expenses but now everything is recorded in time site pro.it has reduced Adhoc works for us and also simplified the whole payment process for organisation.

**What do you like best about TimeSite Pro?**

My personal favorite about TimeSite pro is the clean GUI on the mobile version. It is so simple to navigate thru different employees’ log and I can sort them differently such as hours, pay rate, overtime or age. 

**What do you dislike about TimeSite Pro?**

Nothing in particular but I do recommend them to create more templates since this software isn’t free.

If you like to save time and easy to use this software is a must try 

**What problems is TimeSite Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making multiple professional timesheets and create monthly end budgets using their tracking logs for invoice and report it to upper management team. It’s fast and so easy to use.
