**What do you like best about Tidio?**

Great all-in-one communication hub that centralizes live chat, chatbots, email, and social media messaging. 

We like that we are able to build the chatbot with information (documents, websites, etc) and knowledge, and able to see the dashboard and logs of the live chat.

**What do you dislike about Tidio?**

The tiered pricing is very hefty and confusing to understand. Very limited free plan and chatbot limitations.

**What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Repetitive Customer Queries was an issue. Tidio has been providing canned responses with automated, common replies. This saves time and improves consistency on our end.

**What do you like best about Tidio?**

Initially we needed a way to be able to communicate with our customers in a fluid way and to be able to manage it and thanks to Tidio this was possible. We can monitor the interest of our customers and answer their questions quickly. The most interesting thing is that we can create different team members and keep a count of the assigned chats.

So far we really have no complaints from Tidio.

We wanted to have a solution to serve our customers quickly and smoothly and Tidio was our solution because for customers it is like chatting via WhatsApp.

Love the live typing feature so that I can prepare responses before the person even hits enter. This enables me to respond quicker and close sales faster. Also, it's easy to created seamless, automated flows that pop up when visitors hit specific pages.

Haven't found anything so far that I dislike.

**What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to have a reliable live chat system to address customer concerns before they place an order. I can also see where website visitors are located, so that I can cater my responses based on their location.

Their bot automations and chat features are great. Easy to set up and integrate with our website.

**What do you dislike about Tidio?**

The only negative to us is that it's not a viable option for our low-traffic sites. They need a pared-down version of their service as a base offering.

Tidio makes it easier for us to offer deals and discounts to our customers right at the time of check out or serious product consideration to help drive higher sales rates while also allowing us to have an integrated chat for support. It also gives us a process to collect customer emails and data for remarketing purposes.

There AI feature is stunning. It almost do everything that our website needed. The 5 person job can now be handled by one person only with ease.

The flow connection method is a bit hard for me to understand. The dashboard is very easy to use.

Tidio has constantly been growing since I joined - there's always updates making it better. The support I receive from the staff is phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Tidio?**

The downside of Tidio is that the bots only integrate with Shopify. I use Woocommerce, and it is slightly frustrating seeing options that can be used for other eCommerce platforms and not my own.

My sales have improved significantly now that I can speak to customers in real-time. More and more people prefer to chat with someone in writing rather than over the phone.

The structure of Tidio with its different sections, “Unassigned” “My Open” and “Solved” helps organize customer queries and make sure that everything has been answered in a good manner. Additionally the phone application that Tidio offers is very efficient as customer queries can be answered anywhere anytime.

Using Tidio has been a great experience so far, there is no downside or issues that I have encountered.

TIDIO allows our customer support team to assist customers in real time. Additionally different members of the team have access to it so any one of them can answer any query thanks to a shared inbox.

I love that you can save questions for the future and the bot will supply those programmed answers for customers if I'm away from my desk and cannot respond in a timely manner. It's pretty simple to navigate. Easy customer support that is helpful whenever I may be confused or lost on something.

Auto-updates changing my settings within my account.

Whatever problems I may run into, I can submit a contact ticket and be assisted by one of the Tidio reps with a solution.

We've been using tidio almost a year now and it has all the features our organization needs.
Having the ability to quickly jump on an online conversation from the mobile app really helped with converting visitors into returning customers.

Mobile app and qeb app features are not really consistent.

The ability to guide users that are not familiar with our services through the booking process. Answering quick questions that else could be blockers during the booking process.

Tidio is a completely automated platform and helps generates leads in very less time. The best thing is it saves a lot of time and we can concentrate on other tasks easily. Highly recommended.

So far we haven't found anything that we don't like. If found, we will definitely share feedback with the creators which will definitely help.  So, no further improvements needed so far.

What Tidio offers that is most useful is the statistics dashboard that allows you to see the daily flow of visitors to the site.

I don't like that when we use the response tree to replace the absent agent, people can write anything, which is a waste of time.

Tidio allows us to handle customer requests even outside of regular service hours. This gives us a good reputation.

The free plan is quite limited. The mobile app, though convenient, occasionally suffers from sync issues with the desktop version, which can cause missed messages or delayed notifications.

The free program is great for starting up a buisness. It's really easy to use. It was easy to setup. I use it for customer support. Everyday

There is not much to hate about tido. Maybe the fact the premium prices are a lil too high.

It's solved how i only used real workers and no matter how much they worked in there support they got paid the same ammount. With Tidio i can use a chat bot to remove all the unnessesary questions.

Tidio does a great job integrating live chat, AI chatbots, and other communication channels (like email and social media) into a unified platform. I really like the features like the "Live Visitors List" enable businesses to proactively engage with website visitors, which is super convenient for all users.

It doesn't seem that Tidio integrates with our CRM, Dynamics.

I like most the feature of notifying me (Through mobile app) whenever there is a visitor on my websites. And the flows are also very very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Tidio?**

I am just in need of a feature that whenever I tap on the notification of a visitor, live conversation, or ticket. It should automatically switch to that project of what the notification is, and not show me the error that I have to manually switch to that project.

Tidio helps my website visitors know that they do have instant support available right in the website.

That you can't really understand the flows because even if there aren't people on your website, it counts flows :D
