"Best live-chat I've ever used."
5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

There are many upsides to using Tidio, such as their affordable price offers and the number of functions they provide to make your company look even more professional and organized. Their pricing still continues to impress! Their AI enhanced features are real cheap when compared to competitors but never fail to amaze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

It may happen that Tidio's integrated chatbot could sometimes provide wrong answers, but considering it's an AI, it's outstanding. As it still does its job and helps us reduce the number of employees needed to provide support to all of our customers. Overall still really handy, and integrated new introduced tech to the AI market seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tidio has fallen behind in AI"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

On the positive side, Tidio is extremely easy to install and set up. The process is quick, intuitive, and requires very little technical knowledge, so you can have the chat working on your website in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Tidio used to be a useful and innovative platform, but it now feels outdated, especially when it comes to artificial intelligence. Compared with newer AI-powered customer service tools, its chatbot capabilities are limited, the automations feel too rigid, and the conversations are not as natural or intelligent as expected.

AI technology has advanced very quickly, but Tidio does not seem to have evolved at the same pace. The platform needs a major update to remain competitive and justify its price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Customer Engagement, Easy Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

I like Tidio because it allows me to track all chats whenever needed and search for anyone I have engaged with. It helps me keep track of the number of active chats and the chats that have been closed, checking on productivity. Tidio provides functionality to assign specific chats to individuals, and if a chat is closed, it can be reopened by someone else, eliminating the need to create multiple tickets. I appreciate that I can respond using the same ticket, which is a fantastic feature. Unlike other platforms like Freshworks, Zoho, or HubSpot, Tidio stands out. Automations ensure customers get a response 24/7 without always needing to be at the chat. Setting it up was 'easy peasy lemon squeezy'. The ability to go back to any chat, keep an eye on interactions, and integrate automation is invaluable. All these features make Tidio great for managing customer inquiries. "Clean, Customizable Dashboard with Smooth WordPress Chatbot Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

The dashboard is clean and straight forward. Although there are a lot of customization options, you can also use use just the basic functions. For our company, we are using just the AI component without redirecting to a live person at the company. If submitted, a sales person follows up. While we don't get a lot of interest in web visitors using the chat bot, I don't feel that is reflective of any issues with it as opposed to the nature of the product we sell. Our industry is in depth custom quotes, but we do see if used for some basic information being asked by potential leads. Pricing seems to be fair for the features included. The chat bot was integrated into a wordpress site without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

No complaints. Anything that needs to be further optimized are due to our team not needing certain functions at the moment, as opposed to a feature issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Streamlined Customer Conversations with Tidio"
4/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

What I like best about Tidio is how easy it is to set up and manage. The interface is straightforward, and it makes it simple to keep track of customer conversations, set up automated responses, and make sure inquiries do not get missed. It has been especially helpful for handling common questions quickly while still giving us the option to jump in personally when needed. Overall, it saves time and helps us provide a more responsive customer experience without requiring a complicated setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The main downside is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to learn and configure properly. There are also a few areas where the customization options feel somewhat limited, depending on the workflow you are trying to create. Overall, these have been minor issues rather than major problems, but they are the main reasons I would rate Tidio an 8 instead of a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast No-Code Setup with a Powerful Visual Flow Builder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

The setup is fast. I had the widget live and a basic bot flow running in under an hour, without touching code. The visual flow builder is the strongest part for me: I can build qualification and FAQ automations myself instead of routing everything to a developer. The unified inbox for live chat, email, and Messenger in one place also saves real time, and the mobile app means I don't miss leads outside working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Pricing scales quickly once you go past the basics. Lyro conversations are billed separately, so costs get unpredictable on higher-traffic sites. Reporting is fairly shallow: I can see conversation volume and response times, but attributing chat to actual revenue means exporting data or wiring it into GA4 myself. The flow builder also gets unwieldy on longer branches, and some integrations (especially CRM-side) are thinner than what HubSpot or Intercom offer natively. "Tidio Streamlines Customer Support with Fast Live Chat and Smart Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

What I like most about Tidio is how easy it makes it to communicate with customers from one central place. The live chat interface is straightforward to use, and being able to respond to questions in real time helps cut down on wait times and improves the overall support experience. I also appreciate that it combines live chat with AI chatbots, so common questions can be handled automatically even when support agents aren’t immediately available.

Another advantage is how quickly it can be set up and customized. The interface feels clean, conversations are easy to organize and manage, and it’s simple to switch from automated replies to a live agent whenever needed. This helps ensure customers get timely assistance without the interaction feeling complicated or confusing.

Overall, Tidio helps deliver faster customer support, reduces repetitive work through automation, and makes it easier to manage conversations efficiently. For day-to-day customer communication, it’s been a valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the more advanced chatbot customization and automation features can take a while to set up, especially if you’re dealing with more complex support workflows. There’s definitely a learning curve before you can really get the most out of them.

I’ve also found that AI-generated responses sometimes need a quick review to make sure they fit the context of the conversation. When customers ask very specific questions, a live agent still tends to be the better option.

Aside from that, the platform has been reliable. It handles live chats smoothly, keeps conversations well organized, and makes it easier to deliver timely customer support. Overall, these feel like relatively minor issues compared to the value the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I honestly didn't expect Lyro AI to work this well"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

Getting Tidio up and running was surprisingly easy, within a few minutes the widget was live, and there were enough customization options to make it fit the website without me having to write a bunch of custom code. That's always a good sign for me. The less I have to touch something after the initial setup, the better. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and it doesn't take long to figure out how chats, automations, and conversation history work. Even people on our team who had never used a live chat platform before were comfortable with it almost right away. I also like how flexible the Flows are. We've built automated replies for FAQs, lead generation, and routing conversations based on what people are asking. Everything is visual, so I never felt like I had to build custom solutions for things that should already be built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The only thing I'd keep an eye on is the pricing. Once you start using more advanced automations or Lyro AI, costs can climb pretty quickly depending on how many conversations you're handling. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's definitely worth understanding how the limits work before you start scaling everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Customer Communication with Minor UI Tweaks Needed"
4/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

I like Tidio for its ease of use and intuitive design, which makes managing communication straightforward. It helps put all our communication in a single place with live chat and email, especially allowing us to track customer service issues and transfer tickets between agents seamlessly. The integration with Shopify and the consistent development are also valuable, providing a reliable and scalable solution for our business needs. Having a single point of contact for all customers is incredibly efficient, making it a vital tool for real-time interaction and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The UI windows are often too small or crowded and need to be able to be customized to the business need. The text/message window is too small and sometimes only shows a few lines of a conversation once we open a response window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Setup and User Flow That Fits Our Needs"
4/5
What do you like best about Tidio?

Post implementation, I self-taught how to set it up (plus a little help from ChatGPT). With some trial and error I thin k I've got a good, straightforward user flow going that suits our needs without being over-complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Not dislike but there is much in there i either don't need (i.e. human agents not used), didn't understand (because it's not clear) or didn't know about (because it's not entirely clear what they are and how they can help). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
