**What do you like best about TherAssist Software?**

I like that you can add your appointments using different colors, scheduling is a lot more fun. I like the fact that you can add your goals for long term and short term from the drop down menu

**What do you dislike about TherAssist Software?**

The format in itself looks cloggy and clumsy. It could be better. The goals are pre-set and not so compliant with the medicare system. I find that the short term and the long term goals do not show quantitative measures. I also don't like the fact that they give a big box to write the history and there are no tick mark boxes for the home layout, or work conditions or options to show patient's lifestyle, this is important when you are doing notes for medicare. 

**Recommendations to others considering TherAssist Software:**

Make it user friendly. Add more options to add patient's home layout, current lifestyle, past history of fall, home health aide if any, history of current or past illness and better short term or long term goals 

**What problems is TherAssist Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using it do patient notes. The software has potential but could be better.

Marketing! The software was well marketed to our company

**What do you dislike about TherAssist Software?**

There were too many crashes in the early stages which is why we decided to disbanned as customers
