**What do you like best about Textla?**

I really appreciate Textla for its simplicity and reliability. It's easy to use, and messages are delivered quickly. The platform makes communicating with leads efficient and hassle-free. Textla saves me a lot of time by making it easy to send and manage messages all in one place. Its reliable nature means I can count on messages being delivered promptly, and the simple interface lets me focus on communicating with customers instead of figuring out the platform. **What do you dislike about Textla?**

Nothing really, it does what i need it to do.

Helps get customers to take a look at emails, reaches out to customers who don't use email, makes it easier to contact club members and provide quick details for upcoming events, discounts deals etc.

Effortless Onboarding with Textla
Getting started with Textla’s marketing texting platform was refreshingly fast and straightforward—even with the added complexity of porting my existing text number. The support team, especially Kellen, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, coordinating seamlessly with my carrier and keeping all parties aligned via a shared ticket numbers. Their proactive updates ensured everything moved quickly and smoothly.
Remarkably, my number was fully ported into Textla in under three days, and I was ready to start messaging for my organization right away. Jeremy and Colum also played key roles in accelerating the onboarding. During my brief online meeting with Colum, he confirmed the support team was already mobilized for the porting task. Despite that added coordination, the meeting wrapped in just fifteen minutes—with the account fully set up and no hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Textla?**

I wasted time before getting started with Textla. If I’d known how effortless the setup would be, I would’ve joined their platform much sooner

Quicker implementation of text campaigns at a more efficient cost.

**What do you like best about Textla?**

Textla has been a fantastic addition to our SigEp Balanced Man Program and alumni communications toolkit. It was incredibly easy to set up, and their customer service team was top-notch throughout the process. I did quite a bit of research before choosing them, and I have to say, not only is the service great, but the value is unbeatable. We had a wonderful trial period and quickly saw how effective it is for staying connected with our members. We’re definitely looking forward to using Textla as a key communication tool for years to come. Thanks so much!  Cheers!

Personalized texting costs twice as much—great tool, but that pricing feels too steep.

Reaching our members via text messeges vs just email.  Emails don't always get read.

It's amazing how effortlessly it has streamlined our processes. Additionally, I find their pricing structure incredibly beneficial. Textla offers the cheapest rates we have ever used, surpassing all the other options we've tried before, which significantly enhances its value. The initial setup of Textla was extremely easy, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Furthermore, their onboarding team was amazing, providing us with an excellent start and ensuring a smooth transition. This ease and affordability make Textla an invaluable tool for our needs.

**What do you like best about Textla?**

Its very easy to use the app. The features are sufficient and the option to add photos  is great for increasing engagement.

**What do you dislike about Textla?**

You have to pay more for longer messages. The 160 character limit is very tight to get everything in, especially if you want to put a link to your store in the messages. It eats up half the character limit.

**What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping customers and community members who have come into our store front engaged and abreast of new events and deals we are running.

I enjoy the simple dashboard and the ease of being able to text. I think the pricing is simple and super competitive, and the support from the team has been the best.

**What do you dislike about Textla?**

Honestly, I don't have anything to report negatively about it yet. I have looked at many different options, and this seems to be the best for my smaller business.

**What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to send texts out to over 1000 people. Textla allows me some great perks and the ease of texting others.
