Tettra champions a clean, streamlined approach. While this boosts adoption and ease of use significantly, it's not quite as customizable to the needs of individual teams.

Before Tettra, our team's documentation was scattered across multiple locations, creating information silos and endless confusion over which doc was the authority on a specific process or tool. Knowing that Tettra is the place to go for accurate info calms that chaos and confusion.

**What do you like best about Tettra?**

I like how easy it is to update documentation and keep it current. I also appreciate how easy it is to organize and keep an entire company's information structured in a way that makes things easy to find. It's also helpful that Tettra integrates directly into Slack, so you can find articles through Slack. Additionally, the initial setup of Tettra was very easy and pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Tettra?**

I think Tettra is an input-based platform, meaning you get out of it what you put into it. It does a very good job of managing and organizing data, but it requires the team to use it properly for the best results. The search functionality has improved over the years, but it's still something that I hope can get even better.

**What problems is Tettra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tettra to keep organized process documentation that can be easily shared and updated, ensuring everyone is in the loop using the most up-to-date version.

I love that it's a central and trusted source of internal knowledge for our company. Being able to see tracked changes of documents helps pinpoint historical changes for relevance, and being able to comment on articles and receive responses is also extremely helpful. So are notification abilities for when you own a Tettra.

Search ability could be improved. You can search right now, but the UX isn't perfect.

It's providing us a space to place clear, singular sources of truth for our processes and systems, which enables and empowers me and my teammates to make sound decisions following our company's playbook.

I was part of the team that introduced Tettra to our company. Previously, we had Google Docs stored everywhere, and it was impossible to find the correct documents. Tettra made it very easy to import all our knowledge base documents and retain their formatting. The search functionality makes it easy to find what I am looking for and saves us a lot of time onboarding new team members.

You can archive individual pages, but having the ability to archive entire folders at once would be helpful. Our workaround was to create an 'Archived' folder and simply move sections there.

My company uses Tettra to store our company-wide information in one place. Users can log in, and access the data-library that we have built, saved neatly all in one place. There is a simple navigation bar, allowing you to split your data into categories, and navigate around your data-library with ease.

We rely on Tettra every single day, and it's become an integral part of our business. Without Tettra, I cannot begin to imagine the abundance of files and folders we would need to maintain and organise!

It would be great to see more fonts and text colours.

My company uses Tettra to store our company-wide information in one place. This benefits me, as I can access shared information at any time, from anywhere. It's a self-explanatory, easy to use tool that we use daily. We love that all our tech stack information can be held in this one, cenral repsository, that is self-explanatory to navigate and easy to use. All our developers, project managers and senior managers use this daily, to be able to understand how our systems work and make them better.

**What do you dislike about Tettra?**

Some of the formatting limitations can become frustrating - single text fonts, no ability to change font sizes/font colours/text highlight options etc outside of the pre-set options, bullet-point indentations become limited fairly early. Some of these options could be extremely useful, especically when you're using the tool to manage document a tech stack.

**What problems is Tettra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a centralised tech platform that is used internationally. Being used internationally and by so many people means we need to have a central place to document all our system specs. It needed to be easy to use and easy to navigate so business owners, project managers and developers can easily document the tech stack and help build out our bespoke software.

It's super simple. There's no complicated features. It transfer from phone app to website without any major differences. 
It's been a life saver for communication within our team. It's so easy to post photos of the restaurant and follow up with staff with any inquires. We use it every day and has improved the team efficiency and accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Tettra?**

While I approcate the security features having to sign in with a code on every new device or anytime you log out even with a password having to put in a special code from your email can be tiresome.

Tettra knowledge base is super easy to use and a compact place for all of our necessary information. Anything from "how to" promote a leader, terminate an employee, or make a smoothie.
