I also appreciate how easy it is to organize and keep an entire company's information structured in a way that makes things easy to find. It's also helpful that Tettra integrates directly into Slack, so you can find articles through Slack. Additionally, the initial setup of Tettra was very easy and pretty intuitive. It does a very good job of managing and organizing data, but it requires the team to use it properly for the best results. I love that it's a central and trusted source of internal knowledge for our company. Being able to see tracked changes of documents helps pinpoint historical changes for relevance, and being able to comment on articles and receive responses is also extremely helpful.
