What I dislike about Teramind is that we experienced quite a few technical issues during the initial setup phase, which caused some concerns and disruptions to our day-to-day. Teramind can be drilled right down to the second of what an employee is doing. You can watch live feed, recorded feed, set up analytics to compare quickly and many other things. The customer support has been wonderful and any issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I also have a weekly call with my representative that has made me much more comfortable in the environment and able to quickly get what I need and not take many hours. One of the most valuable aspects of Teramind is its behavior alerts and customizable policies. These tools allow us to monitor communications, track potentially risky behavior, and understand overall employee sentiment. The system helps maintain transparency while still respecting user privacy when configured properly. In addition, the session recording and remote desktop access features have made it much easier to identify and resolve issues quickly when employees experience technical problems. Although Teramind is highly capable, the user interface can be difficult to navigate, especially for new administrators. There are many options, settings, and modules, which can make setup and day-to-day management more complex than necessary. Customizing reports and filtering data across a large number of endpoints can also be slow at times. 📈 However, as our team size continues to grow, we are in the process of expanding our license base. While we are committed to continuing with Teramind due to our long-standing relationship and satisfaction with the product, we’ve noticed that some competitors are offering more aggressive pricing on similar offerings.

🚫 What Needs Improvement:
Our biggest concern is the limited feature support on macOS. As 80% of our systems are MacBooks, we’ve faced the following challenges:
• ❌ No email activity tracking
