What do you like best about Teramind?

Our company has been using Teramind for the past three years, and it has been a highly valuable tool for our business. Initially, we started using it as a tracking solution for our remote employees. However, with the excellent support from our Teramind CSM, we have been able to make the most of the platform.

We’ve set up automated productivity reports for various departments, allowing us to clearly see how our employees are using their time. Teramind offers a wide range of visual reports that help us compare productivity levels across employees and track when they are most active.

We have also implemented several rules for employee computer usage. For instance, we receive alerts if someone is working over the weekend enabling us to quickly respond to any urgent client needs.

One feature we particularly appreciate—and have not found in other systems—is the remote control function. This allows us to remotely shut down employees' computers at night if they forget to log off, which helps maintain efficiency.

Overall, Teramind has exceeded our expectations and continues to provide great value in optimizing our operations and improving productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teramind?

What do you like best about Teramind?

We have been using Teramind for over 6 years now at VC ONE, and it has consistently proven to be a robust, reliable, and feature-rich employee monitoring solution. The platform has helped us enhance productivity, improve data security, and maintain compliance across our IT environment.

From seamless deployment to real-time insights and user-friendly dashboards, everything has worked exceptionally well for our organization. The support team is responsive, and the solution itself is well-aligned with the evolving needs of our growing workforce.

📈 However, as our team size continues to grow, we are in the process of expanding our license base. While we are committed to continuing with Teramind due to our long-standing relationship and satisfaction with the product, we’ve noticed that some competitors are offering more aggressive pricing on similar offerings.

What do you dislike about Teramind?

🚫 What Needs Improvement:

Our biggest concern is the limited feature support on macOS. As 80% of our systems are MacBooks, we’ve faced the following challenges:

• ❌ No email activity tracking
