# How do I set a schedule for an employee with flexible working hours?

We have some employees allowed to have flexible working hours, so long as they complete an 8-hour a day reporting. Reporting on early leave or work undertime becomes inconsistent.

Thanks for the question, Ogie! If you go to the "Configure" button on the left side menu, and then select "Schedules", you'll see a selection of Employees and their schedules. By clicking on an employee's name, you'll go into their specific schedule and can customize their schedule here. By hovering your mouse over the bar chart, you'll see you can add a shift or edit a shift already on the chart. This will allow you to customize it as needed for your business.
