What do you like best about TeleWizard?

Telewizard offers a AI call support. By simply feeding a knowledge base or providing your brand's domain link, it can easily access relevant information and deliver prompt, polite and accurate responses to the customer through out the call. This engage with a personal touch with the customer through out the call. Setting it up to freshdesk is very easy and every call comes with a complete transcription and summarized notes, this will save a time if not we should listen to the entire call. This can handle unlimited number of calls and ensure no customer frustration experience due to delayed response. The key advantages is the reduction of abandoned calls by providing fast and efficient support, leading to a greater customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeleWizard?

The tool is little expensive, and each time you make changes to the settings it consumes a significant amount of credits. I was unaware of this at the first and led to a lost of credits and later I got to know about it from their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TeleWizard is the future of customer service. Providing 24/7 support and great customer engagement. This AI tool is not only helpful for starting a business that needs more assistance in having a structured process but also for big and busy companies that need replacement manpower. What do you dislike about TeleWizard?

The thing I dislike is probably some delays in terms of responses that take 5-10 mins. Also, there are times when the bot is having a hard time catching up on the concern being provided by the customer.
