It is easy to implement a transaction. Customer support has been helpful. I don't use it a lot, so frequency of use is low for me. The number of features is great. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** When a staff member wants to set up an account, it's been tough. We found out only later that staff must have direct deposit and not a pay card. It's also been tough that staff can't enroll with Tapcheck immediately after their first shift, they have to wait until they've received their first paycheck. I understand why this is the case, however, we didn't quite realize that in advance. We've repeatedly faced problems where new staff say that Tapcheck can't verify their account. Only to find out later that it's because they were new enough to have not received their first check yet. I wish I had known these restrictions prior, just so the staff could have realistic expectations. We were under the impression that staff can pull out up to $200 per day. While this is *kind of* the case, they actually have to work their way up to that. It takes quite a few transfers for them to reach that high $200 threshold. We didn't realize this, so our staff was frustrated that we told them $200 when they can only access $100 at a time. From my understanding, it takes a loooong time to work your way up to that $200 mark. Again, just wish I had known this sooner so that my staff could set realistic expectations. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** My staff is often living paycheck to paycheck and they are more likely to work when they know they can have access to the pay! ### 6. Setup is so simple, and FREE... plus the customer support team takes a huge burden off of our backs in the HR/payroll office. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** Some employees don't have email accounts and therefore can't set up a Tapchceck account. When an employee needs TapCheck assistance that the employe is unable to assist with, it may take 10 business days for them to get back to you before resolving your case. They've done a great job! I have been pleased with every step in the process. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our staff have asked for earned wage access in the past and TapCheck fits that need. Additionally, they've helped some of our team members learn about budgeting and other financial resources they were previously unaware of. ### 43. It took a little while in the begining to ensure things were runnings smoothly, but now we have it figured out. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of our caregivers can not wait until payday to have access to their money. It works with little interaction with the employer. The employee is able to get an advance on their paycheck without having to create extra work for the employer. It's a win-win for both employee and employer. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** Being that the software is directly integrated with the payroll software, there have been a couple of times when the integration connection broke and the advances were not deducted from the employee's paychecks. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives the employee a benefit that the company was not providing before. It benefits the company by making a better employee experience and helps to reduce turnover. ### 50.
