It has been a helpful and frequently used resource for our employees. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** The only downside that I have seen is that sometimes the time clock system and Tapcheck do not sync well. On our end the employee has completed shifts and should have funds available, but it is not. I have had to reach out so support a few times because fo this after the employee has also reached out to support. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has replaced salary advances and is another offered benefit, which has helped in recruitment/retention. ### 2. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** When a staff member wants to set up an account, it's been tough. We found out only later that staff must have direct deposit and not a pay card. It's also been tough that staff can't enroll with Tapcheck immediately after their first shift, they have to wait until they've received their first paycheck. I understand why this is the case, however, we didn't quite realize that in advance. We've repeatedly faced problems where new staff say that Tapcheck can't verify their account. Only to find out later that it's because they were new enough to have not received their first check yet. I wish I had known these restrictions prior, just so the staff could have realistic expectations. We were under the impression that staff can pull out up to $200 per day. While this is *kind of* the case, they actually have to work their way up to that. It takes quite a few transfers for them to reach that high $200 threshold. We didn't realize this, so our staff was frustrated that we told them $200 when they can only access $100 at a time. From my understanding, it takes a loooong time to work your way up to that $200 mark. Again, just wish I had known this sooner so that my staff could set realistic expectations. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** My staff is often living paycheck to paycheck and they are more likely to work when they know they can have access to the pay! ### 4. It is also an attractive benefit for recruitment and retention. ### 6. We had to go to great lengths to get the money back from the employee. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees are able to get their paychecks out sooner if they need ### 7. One of the best things about this having access to early pay. **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** The only issue is communication when our caregivers call. They always have to leave a message and get a returned call within 24 hours. There aren't as many representatives available. Sometimes when funds aren't available you all blame us when Tapcheck hasn't uploaded the worked shifts. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently getting helped with Deductions. Tapcheck is beneficial to us because our caregivers like to have early pay. Our business performance is the same. ### 8. With a transitory / part-time staff, this can ultimately blowback on to the employer. If Tapcheck can close this 'loophole,' that would significantly improve their product. **Recommendations to others considering Tapcheck:** Manage your staff and roll Tapcheck out as a benefit judiciously. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** My staff utilizes it, and seems to like it. It's among my slate of benefits, but I can't say how much it affects my staff's decision to join my Agency. ### 9. We appreciate the ease of administration of the program. Tapcheck is fully integrated with our Operations platform and our payroll processor so the processing of data is accurate and seamless. Having an API process to eliminate manual entry of transactions other than occasional necessary audit and termination makes it simple. Our account specialist is also top notch and has proven reliable and trustworthy which is always an added confidence! **What do you dislike about Tapcheck?** We had a couple of minor bumps when initial onboarding of the Tapcheck system took place, but these were resolved in an acceptable manner and time frame. **What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fully automated API process had to be worked out initially. One benefit of Tapcheck we are realizing is fewer employee call-offs due to car issues or not having gas to get to work. ### 10.
