What do you like best about Talkroute?

What I appreciate most about Talkroute is how straightforward it is to use. Setting up extensions and greetings was quick and didn’t take much effort. The mobile app has been reliable for me, and notifications come through promptly. It’s also easy to track missed calls and follow up without delay. What do you like best about Talkroute?

Talkroute is straightforward to set up and easy to manage. The call routing rules are simple and intuitive. I especially like being able to direct calls to different team members based on the time of day. Call quality has been solid as well, even when I’m handling multiple calls in a row. What do you like best about Talkroute?

We switched to Talkroute after using a more well-known competitor, and the difference was noticeable pretty quickly. Setting up schedules, extensions, and forwarding rules was much faster, and any changes we make actually take effect instantly. What do you like best about Talkroute?

I really appreciate how straightforward the voicemail system is. Having my messages transcribed and delivered to my email allows me to easily forward them to the appropriate staff member, eliminating the need to listen and manually write everything down. What do you like best about Talkroute?

We used grasshopper before. The call quality in Talkroute is much better than hat we used before. The setup structure is very easy. Now I set up a call menu in just ten minutes. The overall experience feels much lighter and more streamlined. With RingCentral, I was overwhelmed by features I never used and constantly felt like I was paying for unnecessary extras.
