It was easy to implement and the user experience has been very positive after receiving Talewind training. Customer Support is outstanding - very responsive and on-point in making changes or answering questions. Good integration with Salesforce. We also now have an excellent repository content for RFP / RFI responses. The Showroom concept for document creation and sharing with customers is different but has some excellent functionality once it's understood by all. **What do you dislike about Talewind?** We primarily use Talewind to create Proposal / Statements of Work. The biggest challenge we've experienced is using the e-Sign feature to share the document with a customer. Proposed changes to a document have to be highlighted and then commented, versus traditional MS Word editing with track changes on, or "redlining" a PDF document. If a client expresses concern about this feature we simply export the Talewind document as a Word or PDF and send via email. **What problems is Talewind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistent proposal content and professional document appearance. I also like that you can pause your work at any point and return later to continue exactly where you left off. **What do you dislike about Talewind?** I wish the program included an AI feature that could help refine wording directly within the platform. Often, I have to review proposals or agreements to ensure they are well written, and if they aren't, I end up copying the text into ChatGPT for improvement. Additionally, the right-click function on the mouse does not work for pasting into a draft, which makes the process less convenient. **What problems is Talewind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talewind includes our entire product line in the system, which really helps speed up the process of generating documents. The only bump was week one while we cleaned up old content and agreed on templates. After that it clicked. You get out what you put in - we spent a lot of time on implementation getting our documents and flows dialed in but that work paid off once we went live. Talewind handled so much of the implementation work on their end. They put a heavy emphasis on the service portion of software-as-a-service in a way that other vendors don't. We continue to iterate on our MVP and they provide the support we need when we need it. I had 3 pieces of critical feedback from my sales team on a Friday. I passed that to Talewind and we had 3 new features by the next Friday that addressed those problems. I use the tool every day and love being able to easily review proposals and make changes while I'm on the go. **What do you dislike about Talewind?** I don't have data to see how well our buyers are viewing the showroom vs just jumping straight into the proposal document. **What problems is Talewind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplified proposal creation and better visibility and accountability.
