Document template creation process is very easy. It was easy to implement and the user experience has been very positive after receiving Talewind training. Customer Support is outstanding - very responsive and on-point in making changes or answering questions. Good integration with Salesforce. We also now have an excellent repository content for RFP / RFI responses. What do you dislike about Talewind? We primarily use Talewind to create Proposal / Statements of Work. The biggest challenge we've experienced is using the e-Sign feature to share the document with a customer. Proposed changes to a document have to be highlighted and then commented, versus traditional MS Word editing with track changes on, or "redlining" a PDF document. I appreciate how quickly you can generate a proposal, which makes the process very efficient. I wish the program included an AI feature that could help refine wording directly within the platform. Often, I have to review proposals or agreements to ensure they are well written, and if they aren't, I end up copying the text into ChatGPT for improvement. I like that it makes proposals feel simple. I open a template, most of the heavy lifting is already done, and I just tailor the details. Reviews reach the right people without me chasing anyone, version history stays clean, and I can see status in one place. We turn drafts around faster and the team is calmer doing the work. Since implementing Talewind, we have standardized both our pricing and deal review processes, resulting in a clear improvement in overall and projected profitability. Our pricing structure is now more streamlined, which enables us to forecast margins with greater accuracy and customize customer incentives according to specific sales volumes. The enhanced review process has also ensured that we fulfill our commitments without overextending our resources or overspending on incentives. Although it is challenging to pinpoint the exact dollar amount saved, it is evident that the tool has played a significant role in boosting profitability compared to our previous, less structured approach that lacked formal oversight and approvals. Another advantage we have noticed is an increased understanding of how certain services and incentives affect our resources. I am still working through getting used to the application 100% - so still working through all of the functionality. It is not a dislike, but it can be challenging when we bring on new customers and need to quote but do not always have sufficient end user information like an email.
