Since implementing Talewind, we have standardized both our pricing and deal review processes, resulting in a clear improvement in overall and projected profitability. Our pricing structure is now more streamlined, which enables us to forecast margins with greater accuracy and customize customer incentives according to specific sales volumes.
The enhanced review process has also ensured that we fulfill our commitments without overextending our resources or overspending on incentives. Although it is challenging to pinpoint the exact dollar amount saved, it is evident that the tool has played a significant role in boosting profitability compared to our previous, less structured approach that lacked formal oversight and approvals.
Another advantage we have noticed is an increased understanding of how certain services and incentives affect our resources. There really isn’t any downside to using Talewind. Support is consistently available, and the team remains accessible whenever I need assistance.
