it's a powerful no-code studio, Easy & smart automation, Intergrated with voice and digital channels, seamless & personalized customers experience

**What do you dislike about Tactful Engage?**

it has lots of features that i was lost in, it might be helpful for others, I only needed the Omnia-channel

**What problems is Tactful Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helped me managing all agents and workgroups easily, all connected channels in one place" Omni- channel" which helped in enhancing the customer experience & increasing customer satisfaction

**What do you like best about Tactful Engage?**

I love the customization of the bot and the ability to customize my FAQ and learn what my customers are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Tactful Engage?**

I would like to see more integrations in the future, but the fact that there are some (Instagram, Gmail) on the roadmap is promising.

**What problems is Tactful Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although you can use this for prospect management and service, I will be using it more for FAQ for my customers to answer product questions.
