It was difficult for employees to see and understand how the Divisional and Cycle laddered up to the Corporate objectives and how their work impacted that. It took a couple days to setup everything including plans, users, teams, permissions, etc and our teams made their first checkins by the end of week. The customer service we have received has been extremely helpful. Our contact has been responsive and has even gone so far as to create how to videos for our specific needs. I don't need a tool like this. This is another tool to update with the same information I already add in decks, JIRA and other software. And with that, comes more notifications with low value information, more notifications I have to configure. You can add all the AI and shiny features you want but doing OKRs is not an operational problem and if it was, I already have two other AI tools that could help with that. You are creating a new bureaucracy issue by having to use this tool, giving more meaningless work. You are solving a non existing problem in a bad way. Adding projects is annoying, visualization is bad, navigation is shameful. This has created a long list of projects with a lot of data and levels to update data that dont produce any information. And tracking of OKRs... manual update... feels so 2000.
