We were tracking Corporate objectives/OKRs, Divisional objectives/OKRs, and Cycle plan objectives/OKRS using spreadsheets. It was difficult for employees to see and understand how the Divisional and Cycle laddered up to the Corporate objectives and how their work impacted that. Tability makes it easy to see and tie how the various objectives and OKRS relate to one another.
The implementation of Tability was very easy to do. It took a couple days to setup everything including plans, users, teams, permissions, etc and our teams made their first checkins by the end of week.
The customer service we have received has been extremely helpful. Wyl not only responds very quickly, but he often will provide a video that walks through my questions so I am able to cascade to our leadership team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
