Looks a bit complicated at first glance but the learning curve is good and you are quickly up and running. **What do you dislike about Tability?** I would prefer to pay for the exact number of seats that I use rather than a package with 10 seats. I started a new job and they asked me to create OKRs, I didn't know them and had never planned any OKRs before, so the help from artificial intelligence and the charts that rate the objectives were very useful to me as a reference and guide. Also, thanks to customer service, I was able to enroll in a course they recommended to improve my OKR skills. Honestly, unlike other platforms, on Tability I never needed technical support assistance to know how to use the application since the interface has been the most user-friendly to use. **What do you dislike about Tability?** The only thing I didn't like is that I consider its main market is currently in English, so the translation into Spanish has a few errors. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in a small company with a small team, so Tability gives me the ability to focus people on the activities and actions that really matter, concentrate the company's efforts, and above all, give us the opportunity not to waste unnecessary resources, as our budget is very limited. ### 3. We tried spreadsheets and template versions, but nothing comes close to Tability's platform. - The user interface is intuitive and makes setting, updating, and reviewing our OKRs really straightforward. - Love the feedback that Tability provides to show whether we're writing quality objectives/key results. - Being able to see what each team is working towards. - Educational content is super useful and helped with bringing the team who hadn't used OKRs before up to speed, which made it easier to implement. - Customer support is responsive and always ready to help. Its better than spreadsheet. It has some features which make it easier to work with OKRs specifically. **What do you dislike about Tability?** I dont really see added value if you are using asana, or other task managment tool. We had OKRs in Asana before and they have totally same features. So for some people its better to distinquish between software for tasks and OKRs (somebody will tell you its important, like marketers of such software), but from my perspective just another saas in your toolstack that doesnt add any value (but its cheap so why we should worry). Second is the "product vision", i think they internally lack product vision, because for example they added "AI features" which can create OKRs for you. Adding some AI into your software is probably buzz "must", but this doesnt make sense at all. Anyone with their right mind wouldnt create their OKRs with AI, because they are going to be worthless. At the same time they miss some important feautures which are closer to the insight. For example, they have a lot of customers doing OKRs. So for example they could share what is golden standart for completion in my industry. Also they should work on the visualisation and UX. Its quite hard to navigate trough their tool, and OKR is such easy tasks and this tool makes it quite complicated. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, we can create OKRs inside it. And we dont have to use different software, but not really critical software. ### 13. I mean minamilist in the best possible light when I say this as the platform does not try to do or be everything. As a modern tech company we are already overloaded with platforms and don't need another one attempting to be a swiss army knife. Tability as a platform and as a team know OKRs and know the tools and features that are useful in adopting and implementing the practice. They provide an experience focused on delivering this, and delivering it well. The development team has been highly responsive to any issues or bugs as well as being a beacon of knowledge for OKRs themselves. **What do you dislike about Tability?** Could use further integration with other platforms, in particular Microsoft Teams to allow for greater adoption and communication of OKRs within an organisation. While the benefits of Tability stem from them being a dedicated platform, that platform needs to be able to be seamlessly integrated into your existing tech stach. Since much of our staff is not tech savvy, we found in Tability a solution that is both very complete and user friendly to track our objectives and results in an on-going way. **What do you dislike about Tability?** The need to have 10 seats minimum restricted our initial buy-in to the platform. If there were an option of purchasing less licenses at first, that would have helped us get started and then, eventually grow to the remainder of the company.
