This is the app for teams new to goal setting, struggling to meet goals and teams who focus on goals and then figure out tasks (this should be everyone). Tability is super easy to use and very generous to small teams by providing a 5-member-team free version. Besides the countless resources/examples/templates Tability has for dedicated teams, the "plan score" gives me great confidence to know what makes effective OKRs and how to set them correctly. They also walk you through your quarter by setting regular check-ins to provide accountability for your team against the objectives you are trying to meet. And, if you just can't part with your current PM tool, it's ok because they have tons of integrations, and more on the way. **What do you dislike about Tability?** I feel to give a fair review would mean sharing downsides... I would maybe share some potential aesthetics or UI changes but functionally and feature-wise, it's exactly what I need. I do not see anything that is missing at this point, though. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think so many project management tools miss highlighting goal setting as the north star of their projects/teams. It is highly intuitive because Tability walks with you through your project planning by first defining your goals for that team and SCORING those goals. This vets your plan; that's just one aspect of their built-in accountability. It is extremely helpful to new or small teams still developing culture to have that. I do also believe their resources are directly useable. I could use one of their OKR templates to not only see what good OKRs are for a startup, marketing team, product team etc. but also manipulate it to fit my needs. ### 20. Tability was the clear winner for various reasons: They focus on simplicity which was very important for our team and smooth adoption. Prior to a full commitment, we tested Tability over several months with a small trial group and found their support to be excellent. Several product suggestions we made were incorporated into their roadmap. Last but not least, the cost is in comparison to other enterprise tools much more competitive so we were able to onboard our entire staff. I highly recommend testing Tability and although it looks simple, it is a very capable tool that in my view is even suitable for large teams. Other heavy enterprise focussed systems were too complex and would have made team acceptance much more difficult. **What do you dislike about Tability?** Nothing major we dislike and any usability issues we had we reported to their support team and they were addressed in a short timeframe (great support and customer obsession). We are waiting for API support to run our own reporting but this is not a deal breaker for us. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** We adopted Google's OKR model over a year ago and managed this via Google docs and sheets. However, with a growing number of Scrum teams, we found it challenging to keep track of OKR progress and basic reporting needs to our leadership team. WIth Tability, we're straight into creating value.
