I specifically like how Tability measures progress towards a goal over time and projects where you should be at any given moment. The UI/UX also makes it the most easy to use tool I've seen to measure OKRs. **What do you dislike about Tability?** There's nothing about the platform that I specifically dislike **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tability allows us to track and stay focused towards achieving our quarterly goals. Reporting on our goals weekly keeps us focused on the right growth drivers for our business. It helps track tasks and syncs to slack to let everyone on the team know the status. **What do you dislike about Tability?** Some things are not well defined by a metric. It's either done or not. Tability tracks this as 0% complete when you may be 90% complete, but it's just not done. It helps organizations to empower teams and as well as individuals. It helps in mapping plans to business by organizing them by teams or functions. You can easily navigate it. Another prominent feature introduced by Tability is its facility to notify you every sole detail of your work and progress. It automated feedback loops to keep organizations alert and liable. It also keeps in consideration of history. Also it provides cool dashboards to work on and adds a lot of accountability to the whole organization. Tability enables to communicate about priorities. As part of ongoing updates, it delivers great features. It is overall an intuitive program that is also very flexible and you can insert a novel goal; anywhere at any time thus is accessible for remote teams as well. **What do you dislike about Tability?** With many advantageous aspects, there are also some downsides. Tability does not allow adding more detailed tasks to each goal. Also there is no option to extract the OKRs progress. The add-on app offers great interface that is graphically pleasing and very easy to use. Tability's services are also very helpful, especially for people who work in the startup space. I really like the ability to organize tasks, set deadlines, and assign them to teammates. I also like that it can function as an add-on to other popular apps like Slack. **What do you dislike about Tability?** What I dislike about Tability is the limited services that it offers. I feel like it could use a bit more sophistication. Tability helps me track y goals, organize them, and get updates and notifications around the progress of these goals. It also functions for me really well as an add-on feature to Slack. Is very important in the way that we measure and track our goals without losing too much time in the process. **What do you dislike about Tability?** The only thing that I would recommend would probably be the, what I call, "Intermediate targets". We know that the KRs almost never follows a linear pattern, because there are business periods where the growth or decrease are different. Would be very helpful to be able to set a target for the Quarter, but also with a "sub-kr" for each month of the quarter. If you know that a specific KR is expected to grow more in a month than another, you want to measure it and track at the right moment. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** OKRs definition OKRs tracking and rearrangement Quick landscape view of how the different businesses are growing without the need of emails, meetings or presentations. ### 8. It links well with Trello that we use with workgroups to manage our to do's, tasks and projects and allows a number of goals lists so you can work with different business units **What do you dislike about Tability?** It would be great if Tability built in the Trello functionality at some stage so we can use just one tool, but I don't really see any flaws, it does what it needs to do really well. **Recommendations to others considering Tability:** If you want a system to provide accountability to business goals and visibility of progress across a work group then Tability can give you everything you need. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run Tability on a few different projects, it has helped a board of directors remain consistent with strategy, it has helped to flesh out the necessary goals and actions in another project and it has provided accountability to working on the business goals and not just specific work projects in another business. ### 9. We started using Tability in early 2020 and it helped a lot in adoption of the methodology by everyone, facilitating check ins and showing the progress of OKRs in a simple and friendly way. We showed the report mode on large screens in the office. Everyone stopped to look at the OKR´s progress and felt motivated to further improve the completion percentages. **What do you dislike about Tability?** The report mode is great. But there is no option to extract the OKRs progress on a PDF for instance. We would like to have this option to send it to shareholders. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of visibility on OKR´s progress and lack of team engagement ### 10. I would like to see tasks be able to be moved and prioritized. **Recommendations to others considering Tability:** The product serves my organization's purpose, but the benefits of the product happen when the users of the tool are dedicated to keeping the content and statuses up to date. **What problems is Tability solving and how is that benefiting you?** My organization wanted to find a way to measure the progress on goals and KPIs that would sit on top of Atlassian jira tickets.
