What do you like best about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

I used Syncron Inventory in my previous company and was the driving force behind us adopting it at my current organisation. The tool has certainly made life easier for me by taking on the hard, manual tasks. We have been able to take on new franchises without the need to employ more staff whilst also reducing my manual tasks by 3-4 hours allowing me to concentrate on more strategic activities. What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

The products themselves are of high quality, but some of the language used to describe technical terms is not intuitive and often needs to be explained to new users. We are very satisfied with the existing features, although it can take quite a while for new feature requests to be implemented. The initial integration with the ERP system required significant effort, but once completed, the integration has remained stable. I have been using Syncron Service Lifecycle Management for three years, primarily for inventory and pricing. What initially caught my eye about Syncron were the competitor price modules and the pricing logic rules, which made it stand out during our review of multiple software options. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with S4 Hana, coupled with the excellent continuous support from Syncron, which were crucial factors in our decision to select it over other vendors. The product significantly enhances our pricing strategies related to competitor modules, enabling us to undercut the market effectively. This allows us to capture more market share and improve our gross margin. The bulk pricing and price list revisions are among the most useful features to me, as they grant the ability to price parts based on our specific rules, eliminating extensive hours of manual work. Furthermore, I am impressed by Syncron's ease of use and the intriguing software upgrades, including the machine learning features.
