Having the screen where technicians pick up the tasks that are not assigned to anyone. It's known as job-pool. **What do you dislike about Synchroteam?** A bit on the expensive side. The workflow area is a bit complicated as well. **What problems is Synchroteam solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to see all technicians and jobs on one page and the availability of these technicians. ### 2. This token-based systems means that you can share any item or group of items with anyone - a single invoice, a single asset and its related data, a single job site, an entire customer, etc. **What do you dislike about Synchroteam?** Lack of 2-way integration with Quickbooks, inability to schedule multiple visits for a job. **What problems is Synchroteam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synchroteam has helped organize our jobs and improve transparency with the clients. ### 3.
