A good software as a field service management

The views let you see the staff availability and change the tasks in a calendar style view by dragging and dropping the tasks. Having the screen where technicians pick up the tasks that are not assigned to anyone. It's known as job-pool.

Good feature set and a fair price

My favorite feature is the customer portal, which uses a token-based rather than login-based system. This token-based systems means that you can share any item or group of items with anyone - a single invoice, a single asset and its related data, a single job site, an entire customer, etc.
