The most useful tool is being able to save all customer info, including contact info, business details, emails and calls, addresses, and notes.
Also being able to send emails directly thru the CRM saves so much time, especially when using templates that have been previously created. Just a few clicks and I am able to follow up with a prospect.
Creating tasks really helps a lot to make sure no leads or potential business gets neglected. I especially like the ability to assign tasks to other people on my sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've not used the campaign feature yet, as I still a relatively new CRM user, but I think it looks like a worthwhile tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
