**What do you like best about Suitable AI?**

Suitable has helped manage our in-house referrals. We started using the platform on Nov 21 and since then, have witnessed a rise in the quality and quantity of referrals. We manage our leaderboard on the platform itself

**What do you dislike about Suitable AI?**

The UX is a bit complicated. It took us some time to understand it. They do not integrate with Hangouts right now. Slack integrations do exist but our company uses hangouts right now.

**What problems is Suitable AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suitable help us in:

1. Automating our reward flow
2. Managing our referral campaigns 
3. Managing our ATS integrations 
4. Managing our Diversity hiring 
5. Seeking referrals from Linkedin

**What do you like best about Suitable AI?**

We were able to upscale our referral program using Suitable. Their team is supportive in providingg slack and ATS integration. I like the reward and gamification feature also.

**What do you dislike about Suitable AI?**

We were one of the first users of the platform. Back then, a lot of features were not there. They have been able to act on our feature requests. So far we have had good experience with Suitable AI

**What problems is Suitable AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suitable AI Automates our referral and reward management. It has saved a lot of time and works with our current ATS and SLack group. Our Referral hiring has increased and Suitable AI saved a lot of costs

**What do you like best about Suitable AI?**

Employee centric: Suitable AI is designed keeping in mind the employee's work scope. It integrates with slack. Employees can easily refer. People who weren't really involved before now started referring candidates. It is a huge plus

**What do you dislike about Suitable AI?**

Communication can be improved. Employees take some time to adapt to the platform. We initially struggled with that. Although their onboarding team helped us out frequetnly.

**What problems is Suitable AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging employees in monthly contests and referral jams is now very simple. We also get a lot of referrals from Suitable scouts.
