Unintuitive and cumbersome **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Streamtime?** They've tried to reinvent time management and project planning, so if you're keen to find a disruptor then this might be for you. Supports manually set up 2FA for users. It's possible to create multiple departments or business units for the purpose of reporting, tracking, or scheduling. **What do you dislike about Streamtime?** Every aspect of the app takes a lot of work. If you want to pull a report, you need to drill down to filters in ambiguously named sections like "To do", "Jobs", "Schedule", and "Priorities". Generally no one can remember which section contains which information, so our users click around the software every time, leading to lack of productivity and low engagement with the platform. The planning features are so cumbersome that our studio has gone from our team scheduling in Google Sheets or Harvest as someone's part time role, to needing a full time resource manager just to understand and maintain Streamtime. The reinvention of how resourcing typically works means that those on our team who are experienced in project management still have to re-learn everything from scratch. The philosophy behind Streamtime's task assignment and project management also steers towards micro-managing users by breaking down time into very small, specific tasks, so anyone doing project planning will have a huge time overhead, and those being assigned tasks might feel micro-managed. Lack of SSO or directory or provisioning support means that you'll be manually provisioning and deprovisioning users, and enterprise grade access or security policies are not possible. When we signed up, we were promised the world in terms of customising features, future capabilities of the platform, and essentially the approach that "if it doesn't do it already, we'll find a way to make it possible for you", however generally none of those promises have been delivered on once we signed. The product is generally more expensive than most other options on the market, so given the complexity of use, lack of enterprise-grade features, and slow/limited product development, we're looking to move away to something else. **What problems is Streamtime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resource management, time management, project management, quoting, invoicing, business reporting ### 2. Solid project management tool that has much potential **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Doug B. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021 **What do you like best about Streamtime?** I like that it is cloud-based and allows me to access my information on my desktop and mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Streamtime?** It is still buggy and sometimes requires a complete restart of Chrome to fix the issue. **Recommendations to others considering Streamtime:** It is easy to learn, simple to use, but keep in mind that it is a newer platform, and they are still developing a lot of tools and features; it is going to be a truly excellent tool in the future! **What problems is Streamtime solving and how is that benefiting you?** A more streamlined approach to having a small team manage design and photo projects. We find that we stay on track better due to the timelines and milestones we can create for each project. ### 3.
