**What do you like best about STARFACE?**

Starface allows me to have my phone everywhere I go and on a daily basis. Also it works great in my computer, and I dont need to pick up a landline to make or receive phone calls. I can also call my coworkers via extensions and chat with them on the chat section of the interface. It is a great feature when we are having a conference with clients, to give each other feedback during the conversation. It also integrates well with other apps, such as our ATS, to make phone calls directly from the ATS website.

**What do you dislike about STARFACE?**

The installation process was a little bit confusing, mostly cause the password was not working. It also has a lot of settings, which is great but can be confsing at times.

**What problems is STARFACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a client remotely, and with Starface we are able to call each other with one click and have a crystal clear conversation. They are in Germany and I am in the Caribbean. Starface has been crucial when contacting clients and candidates in Germany. Also, the chat option is great for training. We can hace conference calls with junior associates and provide instant feedback and tips during their conversations with clients.

**What do you like best about STARFACE?**

Very easy to use for business phone service needs. Intuitive and user friendly interface making it very easy to onboard new users.

**What do you dislike about STARFACE?**

I have not discovered any dislikes at this time as a user of this software.

**What problems is STARFACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business telephone service including phone conferencing and voice-mail service.
