"When it comes to enterprise level social, Sprinklr doesn't compare."
3/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr is for teams that want to take their social media to the next level. The customization is truly next level and makes it easy to tailor the platform to your specific needs. Sprinklr generates a lot of data that helps inform decision-making, which has been valuable for our team. Social advocacy has been a major highlight for us as well. We also like the UX, the AI translation features, and the suggestions it provides. On top of that, the governance across Sprinklr Social has helped us ensure all programs operate within the guardrails we’ve set at the brand level. We also like to be able to publish across different channels and customize the message within one window. The social listening is unmatched and has allowed us to get near real-time insights about earned mentions. Overall we have been able to tailor Sprinklr to our needs as our program has grown and we haven't been limited by our technology when thinking about new things we want to test. Sprinklr can always do what we need which was important for us when we were scaling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr can feel over-engineered if it isn’t set up correctly. It’s really important for your internal team to be properly trained before using Sprinklr. If your team doesn’t have an advanced social media or social listening background, that skill gap can lead people to dislike the platform. We’ve run into situations where our internal teams had that gap and couldn’t get the platform to do what we needed it to do. The managed services teams are AMAZING at bridging that gap if you need expertise you don’t have in-house. That does come with a cost, but in my experience it’s worth it to make sure your instance doesn’t become overly complex. Most of the things I have disliked can be changed and it's just the time to get to that "custom" build. The first year, it really does take up that ramp-up time. Just know that Sprinklr is a journey and not a quick solve for your org. If you go into it knowing you are building for the long term, you'll have a better experience. Generic support can be tough to get help from but I find that our CS manager can always help get us answers if we can't get it through the support team. I think as long as you are proactive at speaking up about what you need and what you're not getting your account teams will look to find a solution for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful enterprise social platform for managing complex global organizations at scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social is particularly strong for large, global organizations that need to manage multiple brands, markets, teams, agencies, and social channels within one centralized platform. At Coty, it gives us the ability to bring social media management, publishing, community management, analytics, governance, and reporting into a more unified ecosystem. The flexibility around roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, taxonomy, and reporting is especially valuable in an enterprise environment where different brands and markets have different needs. The platform is highly configurable and gives us the ability to establish global governance while still allowing local teams and agencies to operate effectively. Having a centralized view across brands also helps us drive greater consistency, visibility, and adoption across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The biggest challenge with Sprinklr Social is that its extensive functionality can also make the platform complex. There can be a significant learning curve for new or infrequent users, particularly when navigating configuration, reporting, taxonomy, permissions, and some of the more advanced capabilities. Because the platform is highly configurable, certain changes or troubleshooting scenarios can also require specialized support rather than being easily managed by an everyday user. I would also like to see continued improvements around data portability, historical data retention and extraction, and greater transparency around limitations that may vary by social network or data source. Simplifying some administrative and reporting workflows would make the platform even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature Rich Social Platform That Keeps Getting Smarter"
5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

What I like most about Sprinklr Social is how it brings all social interactions into one place and offers seamless integrations across channels. The AI powered features, such as response suggestions, sentiment analysis, and smart workflows, help teams work more efficiently and manage conversations at scale. It also provides strong analytics and actionable insights, and considering the breadth of features and capabilities it offers, the platform delivers good value for enterprise teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social offers a lot of powerful features, but it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. A simpler interface and faster performance in some areas would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Features, Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I use Sprinklr Social to upload and publish content, track metrics in a consolidated place, and understand reporting for everything we post. It's really helpful for listening and employee advocacy. I appreciate how it helps us understand what's performing on social media by giving a breakdown based on specific metrics. I like how robust the platform is and the opportunities for customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social is so robust that setting it up is a whole job in itself. Even after using it for over two years, there are still parts of it that are confusing when it comes to getting set up. There's a huge learning curve, and it’s not as intuitive as you'd think. It just feels like there should be a templitized setup depending on company/team size, rather than having to start everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and the Most Robust Tool Out There, but an Outdated UI and Weak AI Hold It Back"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like how customizable Sprinklr is. It allows me to really tailor fit the software to my strategy and measurement framework. For example, adding in benchmarks and then creating views where I can see performance of each post against channel benchmarks. I also appreciate the complexity of tagging and the ability to truly tailor our utm tagging system to automatically tag links based on our complex requirements. All of the things I've mentioned had to be developed with managed services, but the point is that once they're in place they truly work for exactly what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The interface is outdated. And although one of my favorite things about Sprinklr is how customizable it is, sometimes those customizations can stack up, get outdated, and cause disorganization.

The AI features are pretty terrible and I don't use them often. If I need to rewrite copy or analyze data I do it in another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Summaries Simplify Conversation Analysis"
4/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The most helpful feature is definitely AI, because it simplifies the analysis process and quickly summarizes the most relevant insights from conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

What I dislike the most is that the platform can occasionally be affected by bugs or temporary issues. For example, some Facebook metrics are sometimes unavailable or inaccurate, and AI features occasionally disappear or stop working for a while. These issues can interrupt workflows and make reporting more challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Social Management with a Powerful Unified Inbox"
4/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like that Sprinklr Social brings publishing, community management, social listening, and reporting together in one platform. Its strongest feature, in my experience, is the unified inbox, which makes it much easier to manage conversations across multiple channels while keeping customer responses consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social can feel complex and overwhelming, particularly during the initial setup or when trying to navigate its many features. Reporting and workflow customization also take time to learn and get comfortable with, and occasional lag can slow things down. On top of that, the high cost may be frustrating for smaller teams. "Boosts Social Media Efficiency, User-Friendly Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like the adaptability of the Sprinklr Social platform and the tools it offers, especially the AI and the LLM. The way it segregates chats and sentiments is really valuable. It helps us enhance our customer experience by focusing on the pain points and complaints customers may have, providing very good reporting on the issues our customers face. The setup was pretty straightforward without the need for complicated technical background or integration. It was just button play, making it very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I don't have anything, to be honest. So far, it's sufficient to the need that we have. But if I would say something to be improved, it is just to interact more in other social platforms. That's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful all-in-one social management tool with a learning curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like that Sprinklr Social keeps making it easier to manage different parts of social media in one place. The reporting and monitoring features feel really useful, especially when trying to keep track of engagement and customer conversations across channels. I also like that it supports more than just posting, like social customer service and commerce-related use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It still has a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users. Some features can feel buried in menus, so making the navigation simpler or adding more guided tips would help. Performance could also be smoother when working with larger reports or switching between different sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Social Planning, Publishing, Approvals & Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like having social planning, publishing, approvals and performance reporting all in one place. It makes it easier to manage campaigns across channels while keeping teams aligned and maintaining the appropriate governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

There’s a lot of functionality, but that can make the platform feel cumbersome at times. Streamlining common workflows and reducing the number of clicks needed for everyday tasks would make it easier and faster to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
