What do you like best about SPREAD?

Since we started using SPREAD, our loyalty strategy has taken on a new dimension. The customizable missions system allows us to engage our customers beyond the purchase act: participation in surveys, sharing on social networks, and above all, encouraging them to leave reviews on our Google page. This last feature has significantly improved our online visibility and strengthened the trust of new customers.

Setting up the loyalty program was intuitive thanks to SPREAD's user-friendly interface. Our customers particularly appreciate the clarity of the points system and the variety of rewards offered. On our side, we benefit from better segmentation and an in-depth analysis of purchasing behaviors, which allows us to adjust our marketing campaigns in real-time.

What do you like best about SPREAD?

SPREAD is a true French gem in the field of relationship marketing. We were looking for a solution to engage our online community, and SPREAD quickly became an obvious choice. One of our annual highlights is our Advent calendar, and the platform offers a dedicated mechanism for this, which is fully customizable and very well designed. Our clients love to participate, and it allows us to generate a lot of traffic while strengthening loyalty.

Besides the calendar, we have tested other formats such as contests and quizzes, and each campaign is set up quickly thanks to a smooth interface. What do you like best about SPREAD?

What I appreciate the most is the centralization: CRM, client engagement, email/SMS campaigns, and automation are all brought together in a single platform. We save a lot of time, work as a team on a coherent client base, and can truly orchestrate intelligent journeys without relying on multiple tools. What do you dislike about SPREAD?

There is sometimes a slight lack of flexibility in native reporting. The tables are convenient for daily use, but for more detailed analysis (for example, crossing multiple segments or calculating LTV), we have to export and reprocess in our BI tools.
