**What do you like best about SPREAD?**

Since we started using SPREAD, our loyalty strategy has taken on a new dimension. The customizable missions system allows us to engage our customers beyond the purchase act: participation in surveys, sharing on social networks, and above all, encouraging them to leave reviews on our Google page. This last feature has significantly improved our online visibility and strengthened the trust of new customers.

Setting up the loyalty program was intuitive thanks to SPREAD's user-friendly interface. Our customers particularly appreciate the clarity of the points system and the variety of rewards offered. On our side, we benefit from better segmentation and an in-depth analysis of purchasing behaviors, which allows us to adjust our marketing campaigns in real-time.

Advantages of SPREAD:

The multitude of features may require some time to master all the subtleties, but the tool remains very intuitive.

**What problems is SPREAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SPREAD solved two major issues for our company:

1. The lack of post-purchase customer engagement
Before SPREAD, once the sale was concluded, we had few levers to maintain a continuous relationship with our customers. Thanks to their gamified loyalty program system, we managed to establish a real dialogue with our community. Our customers regularly return to our site, interact with our content, and feel valued, which has significantly increased our repurchase rate.

2. The difficulty in collecting customer reviews on Google
Obtaining authentic and visible customer reviews was a real challenge. SPREAD allowed us to integrate this request into the customer journey, in a smooth and natural way. Result: our Google rating has climbed, and this translates into better local SEO and an increase in the conversion rate on our site.

**What do you like best about SPREAD?**

The combination of the power of marketing tools (such as instant wins, customer reviews collection, or the loyalty program) and the quality of support. You can feel that each feature has been designed to boost customer engagement while being accessible. And the team is always there to guide us or help us optimize our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about SPREAD?**

The only small downside is the initial learning curve. The platform is rich, so it takes a little time to master all its subtleties. But once you get started, everything becomes smooth.

**What problems is SPREAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SPREAD has allowed us to centralize our marketing animation and loyalty program on a single platform. Before, we were juggling multiple tools to organize a contest, track participations, or reward our loyal customers. Now, everything is consolidated, automated, and much easier to manage.

This saves us valuable time on a daily basis, while allowing us to offer much more engaging experiences for our customers. We observe a clear improvement in engagement on our campaigns and much more effective loyalty thanks to fine segmentation and well-thought-out mechanics.

**What do you like best about SPREAD?**

SPREAD is a true French gem in the field of relationship marketing. We were looking for a solution to engage our online community, and SPREAD quickly became an obvious choice. One of our annual highlights is our Advent calendar, and the platform offers a dedicated mechanism for this, which is fully customizable and very well designed. Our clients love to participate, and it allows us to generate a lot of traffic while strengthening loyalty.

Besides the calendar, we have tested other formats such as contests and quizzes, and each campaign is set up quickly thanks to a smooth interface. The fact that it is a French solution is also a real advantage, especially in terms of support and GDPR compliance.

**What do you dislike about SPREAD?**

Native reporting could be a bit more advanced

**What problems is SPREAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SPREAD has allowed us to solve several marketing challenges:

**What do you like best about SPREAD?**

What I appreciate the most is the centralization: CRM, client engagement, email/SMS campaigns, and automation are all brought together in a single platform. We save a lot of time, work as a team on a coherent client base, and can truly orchestrate intelligent journeys without relying on multiple tools. The interface is clear, the segmentation possibilities are powerful, and the SPREAD team is attentive, which makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about SPREAD?**

There is sometimes a slight lack of flexibility in native reporting. The tables are convenient for daily use, but for more detailed analysis (for example, crossing multiple segments or calculating LTV), we have to export and reprocess in our BI tools. Nothing blocking, but it would be great to have more customization in the dashboards.

**What problems is SPREAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SPREAD allows us to bring all these components together in a single interface. We can finely segment, automate campaigns based on behaviors (e.g., re-engage inactive users or reward ambassadors), and regularly engage our base with games, content, or incentives.

**What do you like best about SPREAD?**

Unlike others in the market, Spread is very user-friendly and easily monitored. Very neat and clean UI. Best and accurate activity tracker.

**What do you dislike about SPREAD?**

The only issue I have with Spread is, It doesn't have a free version.

**What problems is SPREAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Activity Tracking, CRM, Email distribution are the things I used . It worked pretty well for me.
