Personalization on our magento 2 webstore and integrated with our E-mail software. Its amazing to create Marketing journeys using all touchpoints of our customers and visitors. Automated audiences up-to-date 24/7 we send to our Google Ads account is also a great feature. **What do you dislike about Spotler Activate?** It costs money :) But its worth it! A great feature would be that historic data is automated uploaded from your cms (now you can with .csv). **Recommendations to others considering Spotler Activate:** Ask for a Demo and you will see all the possibilities. **What problems is Spotler Activate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now create not only audiences but use filters and custom fields to narrow down to a specific audience and it is up-to-date. The team of Squeezely is very social so to contact them is always very joyful. **What do you dislike about Spotler Activate?** The onboarding proces and the innovations are outsourced to Partners of Squeezely. The Partners are not always up-to-date by ''special issues''. I think Squeezely can invest more in new customers to help them to get asap up and running with the platform to help with the installation. **What problems is Spotler Activate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personalization of the webshop is the biggest problem solver. This gives us a centralized view of our customers. Using Squeezely we are able to reach these customers with personalized content on our website, via email and also in ads. In doing so it really has made our customer experience a lot smarter and better. **What do you dislike about Spotler Activate?** You do need some knowledge about marketing and websites to set this up. Squeezely offers a really good onboarding program with dedicated customer success portal. But to get everything setup it is helpful that you at least have some basic knowledge about HTML & CSS. **Recommendations to others considering Spotler Activate:** It really helped us do a lot as a small company in very little time.
