Traditional inboxes are cluttered, overwhelming, and time-consuming, making it difficult to stay on top of important messages while maintaining efficiency. The built-in task and notes feature is useful, but it lacks some of the deeper functionalities that dedicated task management tools offer. Enhancements like due dates, recurring tasks, subtasks, and integration with external project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp) would make it even more effective for business owners managing multiple priorities.
