They saved me a tremendous amount of time research on what to do and where to go. They also provided me with guides on how to fill out the applications and claims which was super helpful. I like the agent who helped me, even though I don't remember her name. She was professional and spoke at a great pace, making it easy for me to understand everything she explained. I appreciate her a lot because she made the process seamless. I found the email and phone communication really helpful, especially knowing when to expect calls. The entire experience with Sparrow was so great and stress-free. The user interface was easy to understand, making uploading documents simple and taking the complexity out of daunting tasks. Sparrow clearly specified where everything needed to be uploaded, which was super easy, and I really appreciate how it made managing my FMLA paperwork easy and error-free. I liked that it made navigating the leave process really simple and straightforward for me. This was my first time applying for disability assistance and while I likely could have figured it out, it would have taken me a lot longer on my own. Logging into the dashboard and navigating it took me a while to figure out for some reason. However my representative was able to get on a call with me and explain it all. Anytime I had a question, I got a response immediately, which was really reassuring. They kept everything on track and even found some discrepancies in my pay, which helped increase my overall pay. It was a huge relief knowing how easy it was to manage my paternity leave timeline and benefits during a stressful time. The initial setup was really easy and seamless, with all the timelines and milestones clearly communicated by our Sparrow advisor, making them easy to follow. I would rate it five stars out of five. What problems is Sparrow solving and how is that benefiting you? My company uses Sparrow for our leave benefits, in particular I utilized it for leave related to having my baby. This is my first child and I was overwhelmed thinking about work and leave. My Leave Specialist was able to walk me through everything and using the website was super easy as well. I liked the 1:1 support I was provided and that I could easily access everything through my dashboard. It would have been much more difficult to file everything myself. The support was amazing! Pages felt nestled into other pages and I was confused with the buttons in the portal. It wasn't clear how to edit/update things. I was easily lost within the portal. It was useful to have specific knowledge of state-to-state needs for payment for family leave, helping me know exactly what kind of paperwork I needed to file with the city.
