Prior to Sparrow I had to do it all myself and when not feeling well and having a hard time, I also had to deal with the Leave companies erroring payments, etc. When Sparrow came to my company, they immediately reached out to me, told me about what they do and how they would make my leave easier so that I wouldn't have the stress on top of recovery. It wasn't about what the company would do generically, I was assigned a customer service rep who followed me thru from the time of my leave until after my leave was completed.
