While using Sotrender, I didn't encounter any errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest advantage of using Sotrender is that we have access to all our social media data stored under one roof. And now there is also LinkedIn analytics available, which is great. It’s also very convenient that all the metrics are unified - no matter if we want to track FB, IG or TT data - they are presented and explained in the same way. Even junior employees don’t have troubles with analyzing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There happen to be some authorization issues, but we used to have them in other tools as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work as a head of social media at Beeffective agency (www.beeffective.pl). Among my responsibilities was selecting the best tool for social media profile analysis and generating reports on ongoing activities. I've tested numerous applications, and I believe Sotrender is the top choice. With Sotrender, we can analyze actions all in one place, and with just a few clicks, we can generate reports from both Facebook and Instagram. Sotrender is continuously evolving, and we're currently testing its capabilities for analyzing LinkedIn profiles. The application is user-friendly and intuitive, minimizing the time needed to onboard new employees. Clients value the reports for their clarity and transparency. I recommend it to social media specialists for their day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Sotrender for several years and we haven't complaints. Everything works smoothly, and in case of minor issues, we have excellent contact with customer account managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Sotrender, a junior team member can generate a customized, pretty advanced report in under 10 minutes. It's incredibly user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an analytics and reporting tool, Sotrender is a godsend for marketers. It's easy to use, the UI is very user-friendly, and it's got a lot of great features.

For example, I love that you can compare your results against competitors' KPIs both on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. It's great for seeing how your brand is doing relative to others in the industry. You can also set up campaigns and goals so you can easily track your progress and make sure you're staying on track with your social media strategy.

Another thing that's great about Sotrender is that it makes it easy to access all of your data in one place. You'll have reach, engagement numbers, users' demography information (age range etc.), comment sentiment analysis—the list goes on!

And finally, one of my favorite things about Sotrender is how quick and easy it is to generate reports based on this data. The reports are comprehensive yet concise enough for anyone who isn't familiar with social media marketing or analytics software to understand what's going on. We had some minor hiccups with representing some data segments, but they are quickly resolved by support staff. I would love to see comparison between public data of two different social media profiles (one administered by us and one of a competition). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are some problems with authorization of the social media channels (there were few times when we weren't able to download private insights), but the SoTrender's helpcenter via chat resolve our problem very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything ok, great tool for everyone, who work with social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful in Sotrender is access to many data such as user activity on a given profile. It's also great that the website offers to check statistics from earlier periods, e.g. a year or two back. A great tool for analyzing the data needed for scientific work. I don't think there's anything I don't like about Sotrender. Everything is clear and easy to use. I'm glad that I had opportunity to try Sotrender and I will recommend it to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are just starting to work with SoTrender, but from the very beginning, the cooperation has been excellent. Starting with the service, which helps every step of the way and is open and available. The tool itself is easy to use and contains a lot of insightful statistics that make it easy to control all social media activities - both organic and advertising, which is rare in analytical tools. What I like most is the reporting. The agency's clients care a lot about receiving reliable reports. SoTrender's reports are very accurate and comprehensive, described in such a way that a client not involved in marketing can understand them. In addition, they can be generated automatically and do not require involvement from the creator. This is amazing considering the fact that previously we used to spend several hours on one report, and now it is created by itself in a few minutes.

We learned that SoTrender has a lot of plans to develop the tool, and we already see results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is difficult to find any opposing sides to using the SoTrender tool. Even if there are technical problems, they are very quickly explained and fixed, so I don't consider it a negative side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
