It is a system which allows you to take a photo of a problem/issue and then assign that task to your appropriate colleague/contractor. It's fantastic in that it is very light and simple and can be used internally and externally in an organisation. I actually even use it with my family to assign the tasks of what jobs need to be done in our home! It also has recurring tasks which is brilliant to notify of maintenance due. **What do you dislike about Snapfix Building and Task Management Platform?** I would like the ability to hide some of the groups that I am part of. **Recommendations to others considering Snapfix Building and Task Management Platform:** It was really worth doing the trial because when we tried it with our team we noticed that it was more of a platform that allowed us to be versatile.
