You can leverage the eyes and ears of your teams to find problems or faults, photo the issue which creates a task, assign that task to the appropriate person internally and have full visibility on the progress of getting that problem fixed. We use a simple traffic light system so you can see whether a task is in the Red category (not started), Yellow (in progress) or Green (completed). Snapfix is initially growing in the built environment / building management industries but is designed to be used in any situation and can even be used personally for free.
