So, SmartReach.io helps in maintaining a good account and domain, with some of its features such as spam tests and checking invalid emails before sending we can prevent our domains from getting blocked, and also our emails are verified and accurate before landing in prospects' inboxes. SmartReach.io is helping connect marketing automation platforms with CRM (it acts as a data connector), which is a very good feature when compared with other tools. The user videos feature the Indian founder with his thick accent which is not straight forward to understand. I notice that they are still using app passwords / 2f authentication. This will soon be dropped by Google in favour of OAuth. Any decent platform already uses OAuth and it bothers me that these guys aren't. Then the support told me "but we are using OAuth"... then didn't bother coming back to confirm it when I mentioned that the smartreach.io website does not offer that. **What problems is SmartReach.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its not solving any problems, im discouraged to try it as it looks "dodgy". ### 12. It has features like multichannel outreach where we can reach out to a prospect through emails and LinkedIn. It has AI powered features where we can get personalised recommendations and write our emails. And as per what we have paid for this, I think we were able to generate ROI effectively. And last, but not the least the customer service is of very much helpful. Whenever I call Vijayant he's always there to help me out even in his non-working hours. **What do you dislike about SmartReach.io?** I think some of the issues that I am having is with the limited reporting. In my case I need more specifics about my LinkedIn outreaches, but I am unable to get that. Unlike other tools, Smartreach has Accounts (which can have multiple contacts inside) and it pause email sending to other Account members if 1 of the contacts replies (which is a super helpful feature). It supports export from CSV, which we use a lot. And it doesn't cost a fortune - the price is reasonable. Merged fields, click tracking, A/B testing, etc. are all there. The set-up process is easy and creating campaigns is a straightforward process. The analytics and stats page for each campaign is a nice feature as the graphs make it easy to understand how each campaign is performing. SmartReach's integration with Zapier has been useful to push new potentail leads into the cold email campaigns. **What do you dislike about SmartReach.io?** One feature I would like to see on SmartReach is ability to have multiple inboxes for the same campaign. In other words, to be able to send the campaign from more than one email to speed up delivery. Additionally, campaigns are occasionally paused when bounce rate gets too high, while I acknowledge this is an anti-spam measure, I feel it is too strict as we sometimes get our campaigns paused because we are going through a new prospect list for the first time. **What problems is SmartReach.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmartReach is solving the problem of poor delivery rates and complex platforms we've dealt with in the past. My campaigns usually have a 35-70% open rate, which is fantastic. The support is also excellent, if I ever have questions or problems someone always comes back to me straight away with a helpful response. **What do you dislike about SmartReach.io?** The only improvement I would make is when reviewing reports you can move the columns around so that the category you need is at the beginning, eg email opens. However, when you next go onto the campaign it bounces back to where it originally came from. It would be helpful if everything stayed where I placed it.
