AI Assistant - an advanced feature powered by Azure OpenAI GPT that provides instant answers, tailored instructions, and email composition capabilities within the search function. When users enter a query, a new &quot;AI Assistant&quot; section appears above traditional search results, providing AI-powered responses and instructions, thereby streamlining processes, saving time, and enhancing user experience.

**What do you like best about SmartLeap™ HelpTree?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, especially when navigating between multiple help topics or nested menus. It can be slightly overwhelming for new users trying to find specific answers quickly

**What do you dislike about SmartLeap™ HelpTree?**

it provides relevant suggestions based on where you are in the system, which saves a lot of time. The search functionality is also smart and responsive, making it easy to find solutions without digging through documentation.

**What problems is SmartLeap™ HelpTree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solves the problem of inefficient support and knowledge access. Instead of having to contact support or dig through long manuals, I can quickly get answers within the platform. It reduces downtime, speeds up onboarding for new users, and helps me resolve issues on my own — which saves both time and resources. The structured, tree-based help system also makes it easy to follow step-by-step guidance without getting lost.
