What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

Smart Pricing Table has made a big difference for our team. It’s super easy to use, and setting up interactive proposals is quick and intuitive, no learning curve needed. Anything we had additional questions about was addressed in the FAQ/help section, or quickly answered by their team. Our clients love being able to interact with the proposal and customize their selections right in the browser.

The mobile responsiveness is excellent, which is huge for our on-the-go clients and sales team. Everything looks clean and works flawlessly, even on phones.

Also, shout out to their team (especially Joe!), they respond fast, are very helpful, and actually solve problems quickly. That kind of support is rare and much appreciated.

I’ve been using Smart Pricing Table for writing proposals, and honestly, it’s been a huge time-saver. What used to take me way too long is now quick, simple, and professional-looking without the hassle. It keeps everything consistent, makes the whole process feel smoother, and lets me focus on the actual work instead of formatting proposals. It takes to long to get ahold of Joe. I typically have to wait 10-15 seconds.

There is little to complain about. I've made a few feature suggestions. Thats about it.

What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

I was in the process of trying to build out a templated proposal process on Proposify.com and was super frustrated with how complex and how long it took to get up and running. I don't usually buy into social ads, but Smart Pricing Table's ad spoke to me and much to my surprise solved all of my pain points! It's a rare occasion where you have an ideal platform in your head and find someone else has already solved it and built that for you. Smart Pricing Table has not disappointed. We were up and running on the platform with our first (fully branded and customized) proposal in less than an hour! From there we were able to build out more templates so each new proposal has been that much faster. It has not only helped us streamline our sales process, but we've significantly increased our already high close rate! This platform is exactly what I've been looking for and is a huge asset to my small agency. I also had one custom service question and received instant help and resolution from a real person! What do you dislike about Smart Pricing Table?

Is slightly pricey compared to competitors, but I believe is still worth it for the value it returns. The only other things I could nit pick (not bad, but could be improved) are the signing process has several steps to it and it seems like when a prospective client opens, they go straight to the pricing/scope of work instead of making them start at the beginning of the proposal. What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

I have been using Smart Pricing Table for a couple of months, and it has been instrumental in putting together proposals for my clients, which has greatly assisted my business. I appreciate the intuitive interface that facilitates putting proposals together in a way that clients can easily understand, offering them various options to choose from. It has really streamlined my workflow by replacing multiple tools that I previously had to tinker with for creating proposals. The seamless integration with QuickBooks is another excellent feature, allowing proposals to be sent seamlessly to clients, who can easily sign and approve them. This integration also handles invoicing automatically, ensuring that billing happens immediately upon proposal acceptance. Moreover, their customer service has been exceptional, providing quick assistance through one-on-one meetings whenever needed, even guiding me through complex setup processes. This personalized support has made the whole setup process very straightforward and efficient, which in turn has enhanced my productivity. Ultimately, using Smart Pricing Table has positively impacted my business image and efficiency, making me appear proficient to my clients and ensuring a smooth operational process. What do you dislike about Smart Pricing Table?

I found the setup process for Smart Pricing Table a bit difficult to understand initially. Despite the availability of many videos for guidance, I felt the need for direct human interaction, which videos couldn't fully satisfy. Although customer service was responsive and helpful, providing an option for a one-on-one introductory session upon signing up might have alleviated my initial confusion more effectively. What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

First off, the customer support is amazing. I always receive same day emails. There is a great training hub but they have a good email campaign that drips you tips and case uses for quite a while after you get going. This has helped me close more deals. I closed one yesterday. I had an in person meeting with the multiple clients and I had them refresh as we went through and brainstormed to the scope of work just right. They mentioned to me how easy it was. More than half of the people I show this ask me what it is and how to get it. If that ain't a sign, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. I also like how simple it is for me to change what is on a proposal as well and I just go in and make one page unique to the client's problems and solutions and load it with stats and KPI goals. I haven't used this as much as I would like to, but I have it fully integrated into my workflow now. It's also helpful for implementation that there are presets. Sometimes we know the service but SPT breaks it down in ways I wouldn't think of for upselling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Pricing Table?

I will mention a Go High Level integration like the other reviews mention, but i know its coming. The I frame would be nice but I currently just have it as a tab that opens a new tab. If the smart link could integrate with a GHL trigger link, I think i would fall out of me seat backwards. I also have an automated followup sequence and if I could get that link attached to the contact so it auto populated in other emails that would be golden. I find the design features adequate, they could add more, but keeping it simple is a good thing. My pitch deck can be fancy, but the proposal being quick simple and basically like a one pager is good for other csuite to see who weren't in a pitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

I’m genuinely thankful this company decided to run Meta ads and target me. After seeing a few of their ads, I finally signed up—and honestly, it was a no-brainer. Yes, it was an extra expense for our company, but the time it has saved us has been more than worth it.

Before switching, we were building custom proposals manually in Canva or Google Docs, then uploading them to DocuSign for signatures. It was time-consuming and clunky. With Smart Pricing Table, we now have the ability to create proposals quickly using pre-saved, categorized services. The interface is flexible and intuitive, and being able to add images, videos, additional pages, and even track analytics has opened up a ton of possibilities.

We’ve only been using the platform for two months, but it already feels like a long-term solution. Unless it becomes obsolete (which I hope never happens), we’re sticking with it.

Last thing, the owner is extremely helpful and their customer support responses are fast.

Not many downsides to be honest. I'm hoping for a native GoHighLevel integration soon which the team has said is coming. Ability to add custom HTML or iframes would be epic too. We love being able to check out the analytics on our proposals. It really lets us gauge the intent of our prospective clients. It also makes it easier to track which proposals we have out and how long ago we sent them out. What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

Smart Pricing Table has completely transformed the way I handle proposals. Before using it, I spent way too much time creating, sending, and following up on proposals. Now, the process is streamlined, and I’m saving hours every week.

One of the biggest frustrations I used to have was sending a proposal and never knowing if the client actually looked at it. Smart Pricing Table solves that problem with trackable links, so I can see when a proposal is viewed. The built-in contract and signature feature is another huge win—no more juggling multiple tools just to get a deal finalized.

Smart Pricing Table has been an absolute game changer. After using several different digital proposal systems, using SPT has allowed me to focus more on pricing details rather than figuring out the software. Our closing ratio has increased so that means our clients are finding it easier to use as well. The support has been fantastic which helps us ramp up quickly and eliminate the expensive app we head been using. We're in the HR market but SMP is adaptable to almost any industry.
