Reporting back to the business is also made much easier with the reports available, as well as the custom reports. The information is easy to extract and interpret. Skynamo has really changed our level of professionalism and our ability to respond to our customers in a more effective way. The team is much more efficient and professional. However you got the clients like us that have different requirements in different regions and platform doesn't allow easily to "split" the country in to regions. Also refreshing of the pages is not setup. If I want to go back to where I was just a page ago I have to start again. I think further software development is definitely needed. Creating Custom reports also requires some training. Administrator is not able to create platform for the whole region or the country but every individual has to do it by himself. I also believe that platform could be more stable. Just today I had to remove some tiles because they were not loading data properly. Better productivity and sales conversion. Our sales reps find it useful database that helps them in sharing accurate information relating to stock level and pricing. They also use it as a calendar and GPS. Quick turnaround time between a quote, sales order and delivery. Also it has improved communication between the reps on the road and our Client Liaison office. Very few orders, uplift note or credit notes get missing in the process. Usually it happens due to integration issues. It also validates time spent with the customers.
