However, I understand the development of some of these features would be very costly, and the value they add appears to justify the additional costs in most cases. **What problems is Skynamo Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to provide our reps with a fixed call schedule that can be efficiently tracked in real-time, and it gives the sales team handy features, such as allowing them to navigate to the customer directly from the app. Most importantly, it allows for seamless order integration, reducing alot of downtime. For example we would really appreciate the ability to complete technical service reports straight from the app which could be stored on the customers profile and be emailed to the customer. These reports however need to be completed in a grid format which means the forms option does not work for these technical reports. It would also be very helpful if there was a way to track conversions (i.e. how long from when a potential customer was added onto Skynamo (first interaction) to when they placed their first order (invoice)). At the moment this isn't immediately possible and we need to use several linked reports to try to figure this out. It would be better if we could easily see how long a conversion took, how many visits/ interactions were required to convert them (and stats on that on a rep/ tier/ area/ industry sector basis), amount "spent"on converting that customer. It would also be helpful from a management point of view to be able to see an overview of who (customer) is in what stage of the pipeline so it can be tracked from that perspective towards sales reps KPIs. **What problems is Skynamo Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Skynamo platform helps give visibility on what the sales reps are doing throughout the month. Also being a proud South African I feel patriotic supporting a fellow home-grown company especially when their offering is simply better. Good customer support locally has also been a bonus.
