Competitors in this space make sure that all key info is pushed to leader's emails. § The functionality for going back through previous visits for customers is poor. In particularly on the web version. Have to click in and out of each visit to see what has happened. § The general user interface and map functionality feels like it has been built in the early 2000s ○ Plan their store visits § Again, the functionality or this is quite poor. Sales managers can't go in and plan visits for the team and without help from skynamo, we are unable to assign a number of required visits to specific customers. There is also no notification system for overdue visits § Can't do route planning § Unable to assign a certain number of visits per month to different sets of customers. You have to manually create a task every time you do a store visit ○ Order for their customers § Simply did not work after trying on multiple occasions - the integration with unleashed is clearly quite shaky and as we scaled, we couldn't afford for this to be the case. ○ Create specific forms for them to fill out when they are doing their visit § Limited functionality of forms themselves - Forms are unable to do simple functionality like conditional questions. § Unable to do automated reporting on forms. It wasn't possible to do summary of automated reports § Things like type form offer better (and easier to use) functionality for a fraction of the cost. And with typeform we can offer really easy automation ○ Provide data and automated reporting § We were not able to do any automated reporting (apart from a very basic daily visits report) going to people's emails. The software is so poor that even when asked, there is simply no way to do this for other reports. Skynamo suggested we connect to a visualisation tool, but all of these tools (tableau, power BI) integrate with Xero and unleashed directly.
