**What do you like best about QLess?**

Qless is the best program I've found for this purpose. It's simple and straightforward to use, implement, and manage on a day to day basis. It gives you more than enough data and analytics to make smart business decisions. The company and support are amazing I've never had a bad interaction or experience with anyone from qless. We use this product on a daily basis and couldn't do business without it, it's a key part of our daily success.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Really no downsides or complaints with the company or the product.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before qless we were using physical numbered cards for queue management. It was troublesome and didn't provide a good customer or employee experience. Qless solved a multitude of problems for us and we would be lost without it today. We had no data or analytics or insight into our employee or queue performance and now we have all kinds of reports and data to be able to make improvements to ultimately enhance the customer experience.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

The virtual line is helpful. The ability to check in from wherever is great. QR and app check in is great

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Tickets take a long time to be completed.
Support Staff can be condescending with their replies to tickets
No training was provided during the original implementation of QLess for us
A lot of their staff is not as knowledgeable  regarding Linebuster as they are in Tempo
Point of contact is constantly change as their staff is always leaving the company

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps eliminate the need for a physical line and not knowing how long the wait is.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

Qless has an excellent platform for managing the flow of appointments and walkin guests. It was easy to implement in our environment and integrated nicely into our operations.

The configuration is easy to understand and the operation is easy to train. Our guests and employees enjoy having a simple interface to engage with. 

Our administration and board appreciate the data that is collected on our guest interactions. I appreciate how responsive and thorough the support and leadership teams are.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

The product is still growing and, as such, occasionally there is functionality that seems like it would make sense to have in a B2B queue management system baked in already but is not avaliable. 
For example, a way to see all services assigned to all users in one place. Currently, you have to individually view each user to see what service is assigned to them.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qless is solving the problem of managing a body of people and the need to organize them into a queue.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

I love that QLess takes the guesswork out of estimating how long the wait is when assisting guests who visit our office. The live status page and text messages for guests is also a great plus, especially if folks decide to step away from our lobby to go grab coffee or stop by another office while they wait. It has helped tremendously in making our services run smoothly!

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

I don't love the terminology used in QLess. For example, while using phrases like "walk-ins" is quite common, we do serve visitors who need accessbility accommodations and always refer to our "walk-in" services as "drop-ins" instead. 

I also wish that when staff summon guests that instead of disappearing from the CEC, they would remain on there until services have been completed. Perhaps those being summoned and served can be moved to the bottom with a status bubble that says "Summoned" and "Now Serving" - this might just be a quirk because of how our office operates, with front desk staff monitoring QLess' CEC for drop-ins with back-office staff actually meeting with guests. 

Another downside (likely just another quirk with our office) is that our office is located in a concrete building which provides poor data connection where guests may not receive text messages or be able to refresh the status screen if they choose to wait inside the building for services. We aren't able to display identifying information (names, phone numbers, etc.) on a screen in the lobby, but we could look into it if guests were assigned a random number when adding themselves to the queue that would display on the screen instead.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QLess is helping to solve our lobby traffic, especially during peak periods when we have seen guests waiting in our lobby for 40-90+ minutes at a time, unable to leave because we did not have a way to notify them when we were ready to meet with them if they weren't sitting in our lobby.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

I love how our team is able to support the public in a timely organized manner.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

There isnt really anything we do not like, i just wish that same day reporting was available vs next day.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the ease of joining the line from anywhere our customers are able to join the line while driving into our office. It is literally 20 mins from anywhere in Houston. One can join the line and arrive here with a shorter wait in our customer lobby!! I feel we are more able to predict volume by studying any trends from days, weeks, months and years previous.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

The communication with appointments for customers. I like that they recieve email and texts and that they recieve updates.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

We have had several people with confirmed appointments with emails and text message confirmations, that are not reflected on our side.

Unable to summon more than one person at each station. We must end the session immediately after beginning the service in order to move onto the next person which is creating inaccurate statistics.

Acurrate statisics and queue management, but there are daily kinks within the program that is preventing this from occuring at the moment. Hopefully gets better

The ease of scheduling an appointment at the campus in which I work.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Not being able to schedule appointments at various campuses, and not being able to edit an appointment.

Qless is helping me to schedule same day appointments with students and keeping them updated via text regarding their appointment.

Very customizable and flexible system. Easy for clients to interact with.

I wish there was a way to intervene in the script and text directly with clients. Back end set up of scripts can be a little confusing.

Reducing wait times and crowding in office space.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

Qless allows the users to manage wait times and send those in line a text message when it's their time. It also allows the user to document in a very efficient manner. Qless is a great tool for the education field for admissions and advising.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Sometimes Qless can take a little bit longer to update and can be somewhat confusing to a first time user. However, it's really easy to learn and practice does make perfect.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qless allows the user to manage wait times and inform those that are waiting of the approximate time expected in line as well as sending them a text message when it's their turn. It also helps with managing expectations for clients or customers.

Qless has made a huge difference in our customer experience. We no longer have long lines of frustrated customers waiting to be served. The software is highly reliable, and the reporting tools have helped us identify areas for improvement. We would highly recommend Qless to any business looking to improve their customer service.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

The virtual queuing system is undoubtedly the best thing about QLess. No longer having to stand around and wait in a physical line, students are much happier since we implemented QLess at Del Mar College. Student satisfaction was on full display during our most recent registration period, where some of our queues had anywhere from 60 to 70 students at a time. With QLess, the wait is much more palatable, with students being able to wait at any of our provided lounge seating, computer stations, or in our cafeteria dining area while waiting to be summoned.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

A few features are a bit dated in appearance and function and could benefit from quality-of-life updates. That said, QLess has recently updated many of the platform's tools, and the QLess team has assured me that more platform updates are forthcoming. From what I've seen of the updates they have made, I'm very much looking forward to seeing what they improve on next.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Long lines and crowding were persistent issues for our Student Service areas before Del Mar College transitioned to virtual queues with QLess. QLess has provided us the means to no longer rely on physical lines and eliminate the need for students to congregate in any one space while they wait for their turn. Additionally, analytics were difficult or time-consuming to measure before QLess. With QLess, our attendants have access to a variety of metrics such as student interaction length, student service time and dates, the type of service they received, and much more.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

I like the organization of our queues, the communications with our customers and the ease of scheduling appointments.  Most recently, I was appreciative of the ability to cancel several hundred appointments when we had to close for a hurricane.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

I would like more control over the creation of queues, resources, and the designation of resources to queues.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, QLess is providing a way for customers to schedule appointments from home alleviating the need for them to call our offices. It also provides staff with a tool to organize and group services based on staff availability. We are able to manage appointments and throttle walk-in traffic, when needed, by using our dashboards and reports.

There is nothing to dislike about the company. I have never experienced anything bad and will be beneficial to anyone looking for a tool that provides exceptional performance and productivity.

**What do you like best about QLess?**

QLess has made it easy for my college to create virtual lines for our students, across multiple departments. Students join the virtual line very easily and do not have to be physically present to do so. They can also find their status on the queue at any time. QLess has saved staff and students countless hours--hours that can be dedicated on the staff side to actually serving students!

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Perhaps more real-time reporting would be good, though I can retrieve queue data from day prior and older data.

Strongly recommend it.No regrets on our end.

Anytime that we've needed assistance to configure the platform, QLess has been there to support us--and fairly quickly, too!

QLESS has helped reduce the congestion in our office. Students enjoy being able to check into the queue and then come back when it is their turn. I love that it connects to our case management system in Salesforce.

The wait times are not always as accurate as we would like them to be.

It is helping us to manage our lines. It makes pulling up student information easier as it connects to case management. It reduced employees stress by having less people physically waiting in the office.

QLess allows our guests to book a time to come in and get their Ski or Snowboard gear rather than all showing up at the same time.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Only thing that i dislike is that we cannot send out personalized text messages, only those set up in the system.

It makes it so our guests sign up for a time slot rather than all showing up at the same time.  This allows for faster fit time and less stress for the staff and guests

The flexibility that Q-less has shown in helping us create a system that works for us made the process less frustrating.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

I have found the appointment system cumbersome to teach users. The training videos helped though. Some print material to provide users would be beneficial.

**What problems is QLess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qless is eliminating long lineups and groups of students congregating in small lobbies waiting for service. The optics were never good even when the numbers were small. Thank you Qless for helping us look even better!

Customer names are ordered, wait times are usually fairly accurate, customers get text messages letting them know when they've reached the front of the line.

**What do you dislike about QLess?**

Glitchy, but slowly getting better after a few dozen updates.

Better than our previous method of paper lists. Helpful that customers can see their place in line and get text alerts.
