**What do you like best about Singlecomm?**

Stellar support team and intuitive reports. LOOKER / Analytics is the real star of the show- giving unfettered access to the ins and outs of our daily business, i would not be able to survive at work without Analytics reporting within Singlecomm

**What do you dislike about Singlecomm?**

Speed at which new features are added to the platform.

**What problems is Singlecomm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End to end telephony provider for our center. They provide the scripting tools and a solid CRM which meets our needs. Analytics by Singlecomm drives the reporting at our center.

Everything is together no switching screens and it is user friendly

To often a call echos, to often a call gets delayed feed back

See if you can get a 30 day or even a weeks trial

Only using one screen , combined sales with phone

**What do you like best about Singlecomm?**

Easy to navigate software with time logs, call records, and various settings for being in different projects at work.I like that customers can leave a review

**What do you dislike about Singlecomm?**

Sometimes there are glitches (not frequently at all). I've experienced two agents answering the same call, audio issues, and getting stuck in disposition.

**What problems is Singlecomm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftly answering customer inquiries via phone call, getting customer feedback, managing time in calls and disposition, and having a database of prior calls

**What do you like best about Singlecomm?**

Ease of sign on.  It is very easy to sign on to singlecomm but I am definitely not a happy customer.  We just switched to using this software about a week ago and I don't like it one bit I have had nothing but issues with it since and before when we used Call Tracking Matrix I had no problems.

**What do you dislike about Singlecomm?**

I dislike everything about it.  I consistently get customers saying my calls are breaking up or sound like I am under water yet I can hear them perfectly.   The extra questions you have to answer before you can hang up is a pain in the but but I understand the reasoning for them.   At this time we can't call clients out of the United States makes it more difficult to get in touch with those customers that are in other countries.  

**Recommendations to others considering Singlecomm:**

It is very easy to use and easy to learn the system if you can figure out the breaking up on the calls I would have no problem with the software.

**What problems is Singlecomm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to call customers back in a timely manner.
