I love that you can stay in touch with my clients with just a text. My clients love the birthday app. I can send special coupons to my clients and give them a portion of the melted wax on their birthday. When you try to send a message to users, the system limits you to a single outgoing message that you can personally send to someone. This is a major drawback, because when a user has a question or needs help, we cannot assist them through the text messaging system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
