The platform gets meaningful updates all of the time. They are committed to the product and listen to their customers. The platform is straightforward enough but has quite a bit of depth too. While it is rare to run into an issue, it can be pretty challenging to determine how to troubleshoot certain issues. An example would be troubleshooting connections back to a combination of data uploads from the SIS, LMS and curriculum systems. The system is capable of doing all of that, but finding a root cause of an issue can be cumbersome without an expert. Luckily, thier support team has handled that well!
