They are committed to the product and listen to their customers. The platform is straightforward enough but has quite a bit of depth too. Their customer support team and tech support is by far the best I have ever worked with. Responsive and know the system very well. **What do you dislike about Simple Syllabus?** While it is rare to run into an issue, it can be pretty challenging to determine how to troubleshoot certain issues. An example would be troubleshooting connections back to a combination of data uploads from the SIS, LMS and curriculum systems. The system is capable of doing all of that, but finding a root cause of an issue can be cumbersome without an expert. Luckily, thier support team has handled that well! **Recommendations to others considering Simple Syllabus:** The people at Simple Syllabus are awesome. Support is fast and personalized. I'm confident their product will continue to improve as time goes on. **What problems is Simple Syllabus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Deploying a consistent syllabus template across the institution was the main problem we wanted to solve. The previous strategy of having a Word doc template lead to lots of failed adoption. This makes it easy to track and keep things consistent for our students and instructors. That has been a big win because we now have consistent information across our syllabus library. The format is the same and the syllabi are accessible for WCAG standards. Instructors also enjoy only needing to fill out a few components instead of making new syllabi from scratch. ### 2. The title says it all, "Simple Syllabus!" It really is a simple tool to use. The thing I like best about Simple Syllabus is that it integrates with all of our other systems and our SIS. **What do you dislike about Simple Syllabus?** I have not found anything that I dislike about Simple Syllabus. I would like it if Simple Syllabus had some short tutorials that we could provide our instructor with at the beginning of each semester. **Recommendations to others considering Simple Syllabus:** Reach out to Simple Syllabus and ask them for a demo of their software, they can provide you with a customized demonstration focused on the centralized needs of your organization. The customer support representatives are all very well experienced and will be able to answer any questions you have, as well as provide you with any support you may need. **What problems is Simple Syllabus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are helping students by providing them with all of the information they need to get started and be successful while completing their degrees.
